This place is by far the worst Chinese restaurant in the northern hemisphere. I just told my kids to throw it underneath the garbage. It had Negative-10 seasoning.. and NEVERMIND it’s almost made me puke 🤮

I used Uber to deliver my food. By the time I received it my lunch was over, food was cold, and horrible. The general tsos was soggy, rice was hard, and my boneless ribs where so hard I couldn't even chew it. I dropped it on the floor, and it sound like a rock hit the floor, my dogs had a hard time chewing it.

I ordered through uber. Pork fried rice is hard and has no flavor. Add some msg .. smh. The half friend chicken was not cut up it was literally half a chicken. It’s not bad but it’s dry. Fried dumpling is bad. Flavor is bad. Chicken with broccoli was good

I love going to Panda Kitchen! I ordered their Hunan Chicken for the first time today. I've had this dish from other places, but Panda's is the best! The vegetables were perfectly cooked, the chicken was good and the sauce was great! 💗

Not only does this establishment unshamefully uncharge your food when ordering out a delivery- but they also charge you an additional delivery fee charge without telling you. I have tried food from this place more than once mistakenly, and this is very common. Usually, the food seems to be completely inedible and absurdly expensive. Look at how hard and stale these crabsticks were. How does an establishment mess up an order that is literally already frozen in their freezer? Not to mention, I can understand Chinese (although I only speak little now), and I have firsthand heard awful racist comments come from the older couple that owns this place about my black step sister. Cruel, and the food isn't even good enough to frequent. At least there aren't bugs crawling on the walls that are visible.

I am really upset. My order arrived with pork fried rice in it. I ordered a large shrimp and broccoli ONLY. I called the store to inform them of the mistake they made and the woman who answered the phone literally told me she would fix my order the next time I order from them. I drove down there with the order and told them to change it to the correct order I placed. She had me wait to remove the shrimp and broccoli that was in the same exact order with the pork that I told her l don't eat and then proceeded to tell me she's sorry she will make me a new one after transferring the shrimp and broccoli from the pork fried rice order into a different container. Sat it by the stove so it would remain warm and handed it to me. I watched her remove the same shrimp and broccoli into a larger tray and the told me she had to charge me $4.00 for a larger order AND OFFERED ME A PEPSI. Nice lady thank you but I don’t want a fresh drink with cold food that sat in pork on the way to being delivered to my house an hour ago. I paid her an additional $4.00 and left. I will never order from this place again. Unfortunately my time, gas, up-charge for the food and tip I left for the driver will be disputed. Please advise that this is bad business. No one should be treated unfairly and charged again for an item they already paid for. No one should most certainly ever witness food being transferred from one container to the next and charged more for it either. Shame on you Panda kitchen for your poor service, decision, and quality in food.
I ordered bourbon chicken via uber eats and I was delivered inedible chicken that was completely dry. It’s not okay to take advantage of to go orders. Not cool.

Ive been ordering food this restaurant for 7years. Just recently I had food poisoning from a chicken/ broccoli meal. I ordered it again just the other night. Along with a shrimp and broccoli, and the chicken was slimy. I called the restaurant.... and the woman was not polite. After 7years of not one complaint, but recently an order or 2 was undercooked, and she got very upset and told me to come to the restaurant face-to-face to show her the meal.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express while I was broke down. Needed some food and they delivered promptly. Thank you Panda Kitchen! Belly happy!

We called later on in the evening and they still accommodated. I actually called here on accident trying to call another place lol! We are new to town and were hankering for late night Chinese, this did not disappoint at all!! Best crab rangoons, everyone loved their food and we ordered a lot. After we got their menu, I can’t wait to order more next time. Thank you panda kitchen! We will definitely be back!

My chicken was slimed! My sister returned it and got cursed out because she wanted her money back?? These people need to be SHUT DOWN! We have video of it! They banged her money on the counter and yelled At her and was aggressive! Terrible place, please don’t go here!!!
