Today I had a small issue with a food item that I was not satisfied with. I called Panera and their Manager, Josh, was extremely understanding and helpful. The rest of my food order was just fine and Josh, along with the two cashiers, made my experience at Panera a very pleasant one. Very well done, I will be at Panera again very soon.

During my business trip to the U.S. (11/1 – 11/15), I visited Panera Bread (210 Mission Dr, Stroudsburg, PA 18360) almost every day—whether before work or after. It quickly became my favorite spot. The coffee and drinks were excellent, and the bread was always fresh and delicious. The quality was consistent, and every visit felt satisfying. What truly stood out was the staff’s energy and friendliness—they were always welcoming and made the atmosphere warm and pleasant. One moment that touched us deeply was when a staff member learned we were from Taiwan and Japan. They greeted us in simple Chinese and Japanese, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly appreciated. If you’re in the area, Panera Bread is absolutely worth a visit—not only for the great food but also for the outstanding service. Highly recommended!

They did not honor the Free Breakfast on Veteran’s Day as stated on the Veteran’s List. But hey they gave us Free Coffee and I can pay for my breakfast, No Big Deal ;-) I still love the food ;-) Just sad bec they didnt do what they signed for :-(

Panera was one of my favorite places to eat until last October 31, 2025. I order a green goddess salad hoping to enjoy it only to find dirt in my salad. I was utterly grossed out. My daughter couldn't believe it until I showed it to her. I did not say anything to Panera because all they would have said was their sorry. Also I ordered a soup the chicken rice soup and received chicken noodle. This was the third time this has happened. This ruined my experience and I no longer desire to patron Panera anywhere. Panera your chefs and assistant chefs need to inspect the food before sending it out to your customers. Smh
Stay away from this place manger is very rude workers they like zombies. Waiting over a hour and spending 75.00 and tell you they don't have much soap left and give you have a cup but pay for full cup won't refund your money. The manger should be looking at orders not at last minute say they are out. Will be contacting corporate on Monday and health board place is dirty
