My mother and I got lunch on Wednesday together on my day off. They offer a new menu now and you can do a “You Pick Two” with various soups. Food was good. New bacon mac n cheese lacked bacon but was delicious! I’m sure if I asked for more it wouldn’t be a problem. I’m mostly writing this review because all my years of coming to Panera Bread, no one came around and asked if everything was okay…until today. Christina was our cashier and lovely. She took the time to assist our needs and was friendly. Again, she took it one level higher by coming around and making sure we were okay and sparked a cute conversation with my mom about wishing to win the lottery :) what a beautiful day! Thank you Christina. A little goes a long way!Wheelchair accessibility: It’s always a little tight for wheelchair but we managed fine.

Honestly I use to LOVE Panera Bread but as the years have gone by it just seems to have gone down hill. You pay so much money for poor quality food & service. I come here and the place looks like it’s never even been cleaned. $17 for a breakfast sandwich & smoothie? INSANE. Never again.

Food is good . It's not the same, but the food is good it used to have a coffee shop dinner vibe now, more fast food like. I say it's better to take out food and eat somewhere else than dine in.

Panerai food was spot on as ordered. This Panera is always clean and tidy, no messy tables. We sat by the fireplace, it was very nice.

I never leave reviews but have to give credit where credit is due. Went to this location and ordered a lot, it was raining and we were in a hurry, so I asked if everything was in the bag, and the lady reassured everything was there. When we checked (once parked), it was not and we were already 15 mins away. I called and manager Rickey offered a refund and to fix my the mistake if we come back, of course my son wanted the food so we went back. The same lady apologized for her mistake, refunded us for the missing items, gave us the missing items and then added in some cookies. Mistakes happen and I get that, they went above to make it right. thank you!

Great location, large and modern, clean and efficient. Turkey chili, bread, and coffee were hot and tasty. Service was friendly, everything was run right. Highly recommend.

Placed two orders for pickup but accidentally sent one to cafe and the other to the Phillipsburg store. Ricky Josh and Dylan quickly assisted me with packing up the cafe order and fulfilled the order I sent to the wrong store with kindness and professionalism. Fantastic service, really enjoyed this visit!!!

Went nov 7 around 6pm I understand if you run out of things but the employees could at least try and rectify orders instead of leaving customers to wait for 45 minutes then when they feel compelled to ask whats taking so long they get attitude from a employee with a dimwitted explanation not mad because they were busy disappointed in the carelessness of the employees

Didn't have the chance to dine here due to the fact, I believe the staff doesn't have a heart beat, I waited on line to watch the cashier take 15 minutes to serve a couple who only purchased a beverage and a piece of pastry then walks away to the back room.
