The people were great. Unfortunately, the food was hard as rocks and not fresh at all. I bought a bucket of rivets and a pretzel dog......both hard and not fresh.I would go back, but I want freshly made

The "young" kid gave me cold and wet pretzels. I didn't notice until I got home, or I would have driven back to get some fresh, warm ones!!! Shame!

Had high expectations based on the good reviews. However, the food was hard and very salty. I order the pretzel dogs and they tasted like it was sitting there for a while. And the customer service was not friendly either.

Arrived 5 minutes to closing (6pm) and they wouldn't serve me.Ridiculous.
As I approach, I was disappointed to see that only the drive through was open. They were out of cheesesteak pretzels as well as hot dog pretzels. I still ordered pretzel bites, cheeseburger pretzel bites, and nacho cheese dip. The lady at the drive-through told us to pull around front and wait for the cheeseburger pretzel bites as she handed me the nacho cheese dip. As I opened the nacho cheese dip I noticed a hair. I was disgusted and flabbergasted by this. Although I was able to get another one, this was a disturbing experience for me. Then the lady proceeds to hand me a ginormous bag filled with 10 big pretzels. We wanted the little ones so we had to order the pretzel rivets again. We tried to return the big pretzels and she refused to give us our money back. At this point we had way more many pretzels then we could handle. Eventually a kind gentleman gave us our money back and took the big bag of pretzels. In the end, the pretzels were good but the customer service was atrocious.

Good pretzels if you eat them right away. Good deal on pretzels. Service was kind and courteous. Drive through only at this time due to Covid.

They are great. The only little drawback would be the fact that to buy "unsalted" pretzels, requires a wait in the parking lot.

3 stars because I have purchased warm soft pretzels from this location before, regular pretzels and Rivets. Today, I ordered a Large Rivets, and was sadly disappointed. While the inside was soft, the outside was pretty hard and not warm. They def weren’t fresh, my initial thought was “these seem a bit old”. It’s now three hours later, and if you were to grab one of these rivets yourself, you’d think they were a couple of days old. Hard as ROCKS! The inside of these little pretzels are edible but not great, these were not fresh Rivets.
