Shoutout to Morgan at Starbucks—pure magic in a cup!
I stopped by Starbucks yesterday and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Morgan crafted my drink with such care and precision—it wasn’t just delicious, it felt like a little act of artistry. The balance, the flavor, the temperature—everything was spot on.
Morgan’s energy was kind, attentive, and genuinely uplifting. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and Morgan absolutely radiates that. It turned a simple coffee run into a moment of joy.
Thank you, Morgan, and thank you Starbucks for hiring people who make the everyday feel special. I’ll be back—and I’ll be hoping Morgan’s behind the bar again!

Went to go shopping and wanted to a get coffee.
There was a line and only one person working behind the counter. She was working hard to make sure everyone was getting there drinks as fast as possible while doing register and making the drinks.
Her name was Morgan she was fantastic! Great customer service and the drinks were great!

They don’t miss.
Ordered a hot tea and received a cup of hot water with tea leaves floating all around in my tea looked like a cup of mud. Could not bring it back because it was close to 8pm and I was at michaels store when I took the lid off to stir it and drink it. Why would they put the leaves in the cup or a busted tea bag... they had to see it when they added the hot water. Money wasted.

Went there on Christmas eve, the cashier saw us in line waited until we got to the register to say we are close. I asl what time do you close? She said 7. I looked at my phone it was 648. I told her, she said what do you want!! Not even sorry! She then said it's the other person been telling people they close! What sort of madness is this! Her attitude was so stink! I just left it and told her it's fine! I get it it's the holiday but it's your job!! Stop making people boycott this location because I will not be going back!!!
The staff is friendly. And they make good drinks. Just the location stinks.

Came today and there was a young girl working she had black hair and braids. She really knows what she’s doing. She was making all the drinks and so fast too all by herself. Thank you!

Online hours say 8-8. Came in at 7:10 they had the lights off and people hanging out in front of the counter like they were ordering but when I got in line they turned me away. Makes no sense.

Always great service. Accommodating as well. Dining in section is small, but hey..it’s in a target. I come here even if not shopping in

It took me 30 minutes to get 2 drinks. The girl making it re made them like 3 times, I guess she kept messing up, but then in the end it still tasted terrible. She forgot to add the vanilla syrup and then spent like 10 minutes looking for cream in the back. The girls were very sweet but just young and needed direction.

i’ve never had a bad experience with this starbucks!!! i haven’t caught his name but we absolutely love the manager here!!(blonde hair with glasses). he’s super kind and always makes the best drinks!!! thank you!!

3 espresso shot for macchiato should not taste like pure milk ? she made the drinks super fast and probably never checked the order.
New Manager at Starbucks alert . Zach is doing a great job his customer service is 100% all the time I see a huge difference since he became the leader .. Continue your success Zach ..

These employees do not get enough kudos. I’m not sure his name but the gentlemen with the hat and the glasses is exceptional. His customer service is out of this world. I came in today and they had an extremely disrespectful and downright awful customer who was rude from the second she opened her mouth. And he was able to not only accommodate her but contain his composure. He and his co worker Jay deserve a pat on their back. This was a very busy time and they handled it like champs.
