Cold burnt food and I can’t understand what they are even saying

I recently decided to give Subway a try after not eating there for several years. I placed an order through the app. The order confirmation did not show up in the app but my credit card was charged for my order. When I arrived at the subway location to pick up my order, I was told that they couldn't make my sandwich because a slip didn't print out and said that I needed to call corporate to get it figured out because they are the ones that get paid for online orders. I then showed them the credit card charge for Subway 12144, and they confirmed that that was the Stroudsburg location that was charged. Even after confirming that their store was charged for my order, they would not make my sandwich and their only solution was for me to call corporate or my credit card company to dispute it. This has been an absolute headache over one footlong hoagie that I never received. I will not be returning to this location and likely will not order from Subway again in the future.

If you get the young gentleman with black hair who was saying hello to his little son on the phone when I came in. Your food will be perfect. He will put as much as subway allows on the sub. He makes it fast and he makes it well. No half sandwich without pickles here. And he even was nice enough to swap put the bread knife after cutting ghost pepper bread so that my bread didn't get the spice in it. I've never had a bad subway here.
It's subway. It's not prime chop meats. But the workers do their job with a smile and listen to the customer. Can't ask for more these days.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the door but the door opens into the ramp. So be careful

Store manager is absolutely with arrogance and attitude. We ordered 14 sandwiches from car to manage time because it was 7 pm. Online did not show veg patty but when we reached location , it was on the menu and so I asked to be added however manager was not ready to add to order . Then he kept on telling us , don’t stand by the counter . I am like we have most of them similar so wanted to make sure each of us get proper attention and we can keep for right person.

But his attitude was something different . He kept saying to assistant that online orders are supposed to be pick up only .
He also mentioned that online prices have nothing to do with us and we can’t entertain them.

Food felt good as we were tired from all day excursions and being vegetarian, only few fast food options are there

BTW, half of the restaurant chairs were put up. We understand it is late but there were many people walking in for food.

I may not return to the location or come prepared to be amused with attitude.

I ordered my food online, and it gave me a time to pick it up. When I got to Subway at the time indicated it was closed. An employee came to the door with my order slip and said they were closing early for Labor Day, and he was short of staff, so my order was not filled. I understood that, but why was I charged for the food ? Why did the system take my order?

I requested 5 subways from start manager was request to be at front to help with it he came out shaking his head like it was so terrible the request, yes he said he was the manager, two more employees were there too, he start asking for the three first bread and not a nice tone, i gave the first one and follow by another and he got so irritated, face and body expresión said a lot as bad customer service, i ask if this order was to much for him, thinking that some body else was the manager what a surprise getting this type of customer service from the manager. I’ll get in touch with the owner so this not happen to any of you.

I used to come around here a lot. I enjoy Subway's food quite a lot. However. On a trip I took not too long ago. I was digusted to see a roach walking dangerously close to the ingredients. The food is great. Service is great. Cleanliness needs some review.

On July 29th at 8:35pm, we ordered 8 sandwiches, and the guy said we have to pay $10 extra so he can make our order, so we ask why we need to pay extra money so he said he prepared everything for lunch and he don't want to make everything again

I am utterly disappointed and deeply upset by the treatment I received here. As a brown woman, I faced blatant rudeness and what I can only describe as outright racism from an African American worker.

From the moment I approached the counter, I noticed a shift in attitude. The worker, who was serving, appeared visibly annoyed and seemed to go out of her way to be dismissive. Despite my polite request to have the salad placed on the sandwich first, she insisted on doing it her way, almost as if my preferences didn't matter. It was not only frustrating but also humiliating to be treated this way.

What confused me even more was her sudden change in demeanor when the person next in line, who happened to be of the same race as her, approached. Suddenly, she was smiling and accommodating, treating them with the respect and courtesy that I, as a paying customer, deserved.

This experience has left me questioning why race should ever dictate the level of customer service one receives. It's disheartening to encounter such open discrimination, especially in a place that prides itself on customer satisfaction. No one should have to endure such treatment, regardless of their race or background.

As soon as I walked into the store, I felt happy. The store is clean and service was excellent. I will definitely visit again.
