Excellent and pleasant location. We hit a subway on every road trip and this one was the best yet out of town. Friendly but not too friendly staff, no attitude with special requests, a great sandwich to the best of subway's ability, fresh ingredients and fully loaded.

The workers look like they were just released from prison. The amount of cockroaches under and over everything is astounding. No respect from the manager to customers. I'm shocked this place is still open. Shame on Subway.

This is the second time that I’ve ordered from this resultant and they have gave me the completely wrong order. The first time I ordered off of the app and I got a 6 inch tuna sub. They gave me a foot long ham sandwich. And I can’t eat ham due to religious beliefs. But I’ve always loved subway and they apologized. Then I ordered from them again but on Postmates cause I really wanted to try the Doritos nachos, and I received a steak and cheese sub with none of the topping that I requested and no sauce idk how you screw up this badly twice. And I love subway but I don’t think I want to go back to this location anymore

In the several times I have gone there, it has been a negative experience. The systems are always malfunctioning or down, and their availability of sandwiches is always lacking, despite being on the menu itself.

Worst subway ever. Every time I order from here it’s ridiculous. Two separate occasions. I get delivery they forgot to give me the footling cookie. I go into the store to get food they serve me a sub with the wrong meat. I correct them they throw the turkey on top of what they did wrong and still didn’t remake it plus they served raw RAW bacon on the sandwich. They toasted the bread wrong meat and cheese and then threw on the the raw bacon. At this point you guys just either need to close or retrain your staff cause this is ridiculous. This review will remain the same. Don’t order delivery. They won’t refund you cause the “process” is hard. Have to pick up the item they missed on my order. How do you not see something that is clearly listed. Here’s the receipt. Shows it’s on there.

I recently decided to give Subway a try after not eating there for several years. I placed an order through the app. The order confirmation did not show up in the app but my credit card was charged for my order. When I arrived at the subway location to pick up my order, I was told that they couldn't make my sandwich because a slip didn't print out and said that I needed to call corporate to get it figured out because they are the ones that get paid for online orders. I then showed them the credit card charge for Subway 12144, and they confirmed that that was the Stroudsburg location that was charged. Even after confirming that their store was charged for my order, they would not make my sandwich and their only solution was for me to call corporate or my credit card company to dispute it. This has been an absolute headache over one footlong hoagie that I never received. I will not be returning to this location and likely will not order from Subway again in the future.

If you get the young gentleman with black hair who was saying hello to his little son on the phone when I came in. Your food will be perfect. He will put as much as subway allows on the sub. He makes it fast and he makes it well. No half sandwich without pickles here. And he even was nice enough to swap put the bread knife after cutting ghost pepper bread so that my bread didn't get the spice in it. I've never had a bad subway here.
It's subway. It's not prime chop meats. But the workers do their job with a smile and listen to the customer. Can't ask for more these days.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the door but the door opens into the ramp. So be careful
