The food is excellent! I enjoy the dollar menu wraps. El Diablo is my favorite quickie sauce.

Let’s see after waiting in like for 20 minutes, my order was wrong. Guess what? I couldn’t even go inside to get my order fixed because that’s closed in the middle of the day. So I sucked it up and ate the 3 tacos, even though I spent 23$ on other things because I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for fast food. I highly suggest just going to chick fila or Moes because this place is extremely under staffed and seem to be very easily overwhelmed. I’ve seen 15-20 cars go through chick fila before 3 go through Taco Bell. I’m sure they want us to understand they are under staffed, but the first window has not been open since the pandemic. So this isn’t a staffing issue. I assume it’s an owner problem or management problem that the workers are having to suffer. There’s my 23$ rant, I had to get my moneys worth somehow lmaoooo Edit: looked at other reviews from 1 month to 3 years ago and I see the same issues still happening. Definitely a leadership problem, let’s take some accountability and get better. It’s not very cool messing over customers on what seems like a pretty frequent basis, or you can just sit in your office or at home and think your not the problem but everyone else is.

I got a Mexican pizza it was disgusting. It's supposed to have beef in it what it has is mushed up beans. And it even looked disgusting just thrown together it was a mess. The reason I gave it a 1 star is the girl waiting on us was friendly
Slow service as always with 15 people behind the counter
Just got on and off the highway for a quick bite, but this place was on it. Was in and out of the drive through super quickly and they nailed my order despite the weird hour. Good job guys.

I have unfortunately had the displeasure of ordering at this Taco Bell. Let's start at the beginning. I pulled into the drive through (To my discontent) only to be greeted by a miserable employee through the intercom, not only did she ask me to repeat myself due to her lack of attention, but she proceeded to get my order wrong. What kind of employee doesn't know their own menu? I simply asked for no tomatoes on my Mexican pizza, and they not only added tomatoes, but removed my sauce. When my good friend humbly asked the rude employee to add the sauce that they removed, She spited me by adding the sauce on TOP of the Mexican pizza??? How difficult is it to do your own job correctly? I mean I've spoken to kinder rocks on the ground. Now to my fault, I forgot to ask to remove the beans, which is why I gave them one star instead of Zero. However, I believe that this job should be replaced by AI immediately, because this interaction in my life has made me lose a large amount of faith in humanity. This is almost as bad as not even getting food at all? What if I was allergic to tomatoes? Would I be dead now? I don't know. But what I do know is that I will not be eating Taco Bell any time soon. It is really unfortunate because I was really looking forward to a nice meal with my friends, but then they proceeded to make fun of my displeasure. This has led to me not enjoying my Friday, or my meal for that matter. As I write this review, I continue to be ridiculed, all because I simply wanted a nice meal. Next time I am in the vicinity, I will surely be taking my business to Chick-Fil-a. At least at Chick they know how to treat a customer right. I've never had any issue arise to this degree at Chick-Fil-A. As a matter of fact, I've never had an issue of this severity arise at any other fast food place. It is a wonder you people are still in business. "Live Mas?" No I think their slogan should something more along the lines of "Hate their customers grande". This is why authentic will be superior to corporations pathetic attempts to copy a lovely style of food. I would much rather take my unhappy self to a tradition, loyal small business that would treat with a modicum of respect. As I stuggled to find an end to this review, I decided to take a sip of my drink, only to find "Uh Oh!" The drink spilled on my hand. Is it really that hard to secure my lid properly? The ball is in your court Taco Bell.
Parking: I asked my friend to park so we could order inside, but NO. He insisted that we take the drive thru, Why you might ask? BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PARKING!!

Drive-thru was closed, went inside and could only order through touch screen. Tables and floor were dirty. Waited a long time to get food that was wrong. I could not even finish my food because it was stale and very salty! They never called us up for the corrected food after waiting a long time again. I went up again, they never made it! I am calling the corporate line because this place is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We go to the one in the Wind Gap and never have this problem, always good service there. You have been warned, DON'T GO THERE!

lots if hustle and bustle, for the drive through is down and you can Only use the kiosks (4:40pm, a Sunday)

There is a bad employee coordination, I wait almost 1 hour to get my food and some other customers left because I waited too much

I came here after school for a quick meal and stayed for a lot more. There was some crazy red head employee who had a tantrum mid shift. Her parents came in later to argue with staff. Throughout this, Danny and Justin were chugging away at the orders of the people waiting outside the restaurant, while being incredibly kind throughout, though being obviously stressed. 10/10 experience with a story I'll never forget!

Ordered ahead and still waited 20 minutes for a completely messed up order where some
items had the wrong meat, one item was stale and one was totally missing. This has been an on and off issue for several years for this location — if you want consistency and no BS, take the extra few minutes to go to the one in Wind Gap. Their GM knows what he is doing and the orders are hot fresh and correct every time.

My husband and I went to this store. He threw the trash in the wrong trash area however in the trash bins. One of the employees named Cierra was smoking outside started yelling and cursing at my husband. Mind you we are shocked and confused. We have two children with special needs so maybe he had the wrong area. However the disrespect was out of this world. Her supervisor Cheyenne walked out and could hear her employee cursing said sorry ok… never even asked us if we wanted to file a complaint.
As I am writing my complaint another employee who has her kid there walks in and says why it’s so loud in here. When we told her that this employee cursed at my husband she said he should have thrown the garbage in the right spot. I asked for her name she refused to give me her name. The supervisor and the employees laughed between themselves.
I have been coming to this Taco Bell since 5 years this is the first time I witnessed something like this…I asked her for her manager the supervisor said I’m not giving you my manager’s number.
This needs to get escalated to the higher level.
