I’m so upset check your foooodd dead fly I just went to Taco Bell really happy was looking forward to it. The service at the drive-in was just so not nice and then I finally get home to open up and to see a dead fly in my food. Ridiculous. I have pictures. I have the receipt and I can’t even post it on here which is even more upsetting because I would like people to see and make sure you open up your food before you pull out the drive-through so that you can see what you’re Eating 24$ wasted instead of enjoying check your foodddddddddd

A punk of an employee named Anthony (if this even was his name) openly mocked a child with cerebral palsy by imitating the sounds the child was making. This was not only unprofessional, but deeply offensive and cruel. This happened on September 12th in the evening.
Behavior like this should never be tolerated anywhere, especially in a family restaurant. It made the environment uncomfortable for everyone present and was incredibly hurtful to the child and their family.
Taco Bell’s management and corporate office need to take this matter seriously, investigate thoroughly, and ensure proper training and accountability so that all customers — especially children and individuals with disabilities — are treated with respect and dignity. You should probably check your cameras often as this “restaurant” has mortifying reviews. I will keep calling and checking in until this matter is resolved. Just ew. Atrocious behavior. Get right with yourself.

The tables are disgusting and sticky to boot the food was Luke warm not hot at all and the workers seemed bother by the customers truly disappointed 😞

If you go in, plan on never getting your food. The friends of the workers wait around pretending to order from the kiosk. When the food you ordered comes up the guy at the front will call your name in a whisper. Then his friends who are standing around the kiosk will go up and take your food, give the guy at the front the ole double slap fist pump and walk out with your food. When you finally get pissed wondering where your food is, the manager (who is clearly in on it) pretends she doesn’t understand what happened and has to issue a refund. So they give free food to their friends and I assume the restaurant doesn’t make much money. The owner should probably be informed if the set up. I’m sure their cameras can verify it. Also, the floor was trashed and there were dirty baby diapers sitting out in the restrooms. GO ELSEWHERE!!

I’m telling you. They purposely don’t put napkins or sauce in the bag. It’s kind of pathetic a franchise can’t afford to give sauce or napkins out. I get to taco bell once a month and every time I forget to make sure they put the sauce in when they give me the bag. That’s on me. It’s just really sad they can’t afford sauce, and if it’s not that, idk, i can’t even blame the employees at this point it’s a management problem. You allow employees to forget sauce and napkins but I shouldn’t be surprised when the manager allows cold food to go out. It’s been like this for YEARS. Every month the no line temps me when I pull in to chick fila and every time your reminded why there is never lines at this place. I have never seen that first window open for use, and it’s across from a hospital.

Great service for late night munchies. The employee stationed at the window on Saturday night was on point, the line was long but he kept it moving and displayed great customer service and friendly disposition, was impressed the young man's composure. Highly recommend the quality of the product was on par with expectation as well. Great work!

I’ve never experienced stickier dining tables in my life. It wasn’t very crowded I tried four tables then gave up. Seems they don’t use soap or any type of cleaner when wiping down. Does this place use soap to clean the kitchen? Do they use soap to wash their hands?

The menu offers a lot of variety, and it’s easy to find something whether you’re in the mood for tacos, burritos, or one of their newer items. So, two photos, one is Pepsi the other Strawberry Lemonade. Asked for the manager, manager on duty didn't care. Never apologized or offered a refund or solution. She just shrugged her shoulders with a careless attitude. They forgot multiple things from the order, by the time I ate, the food was warm and soggy. It was not busy. 1st Taco Bell I can honestly say to avoid... this was my second visit to this location both bad expereinces. Corporate needs to come here and re train everyone and make a management change. My visit was well after lunch time on 6-21-25.

Absolutely terrible. The cheesy potatoes were so hard I'm surprised I didn't chip a tooth, the soft taco was just thrown in the bag upside down without the wrapper all the way around it . Pretty much all of what should have been inside was out which I guess was basically a favor being that the couple of bites I did get to eat consisted of a stale shell and nothing but lettuce. All this was preceded by the two girls at the window drawing on a wrapper and throwing the F - word around every 5 seconds...disgusting food and terrible customer service..This is probably one of the WORST taco bell orders I've ever received. Definitely won't be going back
