I am from NJ and just happen to stop by at this store to get dinner. We were a group of 8 and went inside the store to order. Although we made 3 different orders, we received the food after almost 40 mins. Upon asking how long will it take they simply answered “we’re making it now.” It was almost 50 mins at this point and we were still waiting on the food and got another “We’re working on it now.” We were getting late and said you have been saying this for the past 20 mins. One of the rude employee said “what else do you want me to say?” Furthermore, we asked for a water cup and the employee bluntly denied and said “no.” My fiancé was not happy about this rudeness and questioned them why would they say something this rude to their customers and the manager popped up and said “we’re not doing this today.” They huddled around and kept arguing without worrying about the root concern which wasn’t addressed by even the manager. She abruptly asked us to leave the store and threatened to call the police on us. An absolutely bad experience and a real shame for Taco Bell. I have been enjoying their food and service since I can remember and this was by far the worst experience of my life. Avoid this place at all the cost. I will make sure to pass the word around and call the customer service for the same.

My recent visit to the Taco Bell in Stroudsburg, PA was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the experience was marred by abysmal customer service and unprofessional behavior from both the manager and her employees.Upon placing our order, we were told it would be a short wait. However, 30 minutes later, our food had still not arrived. Not only were we left hungry and frustrated, but the lack of communication or updates from the staff added to our aggravation.As we decided to leave due to the unacceptable wait time, the manager confronted us in a threatening manner. It was shocking and completely uncalled for. To make matters worse, one of the employees began to approach us aggressively, further escalating the situation.When our order finally did arrive, it was completely wrong. Not a single item was prepared correctly, and there was no apology or attempt to rectify the mistake from the employee who handed us the order.Overall, this experience was utterly disappointing. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, coupled with the hostile behavior exhibited by the manager and her staff, has ensured that I will never set foot in this Taco Bell again. It's a shame that such a well-known chain would allow such incompetence and unprofessionalism to tarnish their reputation. Avoid this location if you value your time and sanity.

I went last night I was explaining my order to her I get all the time and she told me it came out to 38 dollars and we went back and forth she was the most rudest person the worst please definitely lost my business there she didn’t know the menu I pay 21 dollars always for what I get she was telling me other people order you need to get new employees

Usually a decent experience. Today we were given someone else's burritos and the smell of meat made us so sick we barely wanted to eat our food. We go 1-2x a week but tonight was the worst experience. I was missing 5 items (only noticed 4 before going back inside), when I asked for them to be replaced, it took over 10 minutes before the manager finally just did it herself. A burrito in the order was still wrong and the items she replaced (nacho fries) were still incorrect (wrong size). I was still missing my chips from my rewards that I ordered. I already submitted a report to get a refund for all the missing and incorrect items, but thankfully this experience is a rare one. So long as the staff aren't mopping before 9:30 and trying to break down for the close early, you'll probably have a good experience. Definitely order on the app so you have a receipt of your order.

Stars with one liner, not so good service and food.We ordered for the Veg tacos with spicy potato soft taco and beans chalupa. While had to wait long, and received the food with avg taste and preparedness. Cost wise, no big deal. But the quality is somewhat missing.

I placed a doordash order at 7:50pm. I have the receipt. I waited for it for over an hour while doordash app updated my dasher 3 times. I called the store 8:40pm. The lady working told me that it was ready and I could come myself to pick it up. I said fine and drove to get my order, just to be told that Dasher was in drive thru. So I picked my own order up in the parking lot at 9:10pm an hour and half after I ordered it. And lady I talked to in the store was rude to me, and told me that it was busy and they couldn't control what doordash does. I'm not an idiot and dont appreciate being treated as one. My food was cold. And you could see the grease through the paper cause it had sat so long. When I asked about refund she was rude again and hung up. I tried to resolve through doordash as well but no help there either. Iv never experienced this before from here and it's a shame I had to tonight. I'd be happy to update this review if someone at this taco bell would make this issue right.
