The CURE Cafe is a wonderful and delicious breakfast and lunch cafe. We had the Best Eggs Benedict and Chicken salad were delicious. The coffee is the best around. Nicole was a gracious host. The Cure is definitely on my favorites list for fresh and delicious food. Thanks again Bob

TLDR: great food, friendly/warm service, really cute atmosphere, fair prices. DETAILED: the omelettes were cooked correctly with very fresh and tasty ingredients, food in general was just great. The sourdough toast was a star, comes pre-buttered and you get a 3-flavor set of jellies with it. Coffee was good, and everyone who attended us was friendly and lovely. Definitely making this our go-to on the drive home between our annual camping trip and NYC. Side note, it’s located in the Main Street area of Stroudsburg, super charming. You’ll be happy you came here. Are the food before thinking of taking pics 🤷🏽♂️

From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such warmth and genuine hospitality that it instantly set the tone for the meal. She was attentive without ever being overbearing, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and made the whole visit feel special.
The food was outstanding—especially the eggs Benedict, hands down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly poached eggs, velvety hollandaise, and everything balanced to perfection. And let’s talk about the coffee—rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. It’s the kind of cup you can’t help but linger over.
Between the incredible food and Cami’s top-notch service, this was an unforgettable dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be asking for Cami every time.
Update: just wanted to reiterate this is the best breakfast spot in Stroudsburg, especially for vegetarians. Lunch options are also amazing.
