Tony's Restaurant & Pizzeria

Everything gets a one because I couldn’t do zero. Worst customer service, won’t be back to this Tonys or any other. Walked in and was the only patron in the establishment. A minute later, a Dunkin donut worker walked in. I was ignored for 15 minutes so the owner could bs with the Dunkin Donuts worker while my food, paid for online and ready, sits there and gets cold. He then proceeded to go outside with the person chatting it up. Meanwhile three people walk in to order stuff and now no worker is even behind the counter, all out back bsing . Eventually the owner/worker walks back in from outside and I finally get my food that had been ready and waiting. This was at 12:00 pm on a weekday so I found it an odd time to be bsing and hanging outside and not taking care of customers.
Plenty of better options in the area, but I’m officially done with Tony’s.

Update: Looking at other more recent reviews, this issue has not changed or been addressed.

I called Tony’s Pizzeria earlier, excited for some pie, but the customer service rep was straight-up rude when taking my order—snapped at me like I was bothering them. Super disappointed, won’t be going back.

We spoke to a male over the phone and the representative who answered the phone was very rude. We waited on hold patiently, we had a large order and the guy who answered was short, brief and abrupt. My mother in law was patient and she was the one who was calling to place the order, our family just lost a family member on Christmas and we have had a long week. Your representative who answered the phone to take our order on 12/29/25 at approximately 4pm should provide better customer service and not be so rude! Won’t be back! We ended up calling another place and ordered our large order of over $100 with someone else who showed better service!

I've tried most of the pizza spots around Stroudsburg, and I can say not only is the service very friendly and caring, but they have the best food around especially with their deals they have on different days. We order from them on the regular and never had a bad item or experience.

My family and I come here every Monday and absolutely love it! The food is top tier and the owner is AMAZING!! Great place for families. If you’re in town this is a must visit!!

Extra cheese pizza, garlic knots and wings. Everything was absolutely amazing and nicely priced. The worker was very kind and helpful.

I stopped in last night. Tony's has been on my radar for longer than I care to admit - and have been meaning to give it a try. Man, they did not disappoint and I'm so glad I stopped in. All of the food - pizza, pierogis, mozzarella sticks, wings (my goodness the wings were amazing) were all great! I ordered takeout, but the thing that stood out to me was the fantastic customer service to anyone that walked in - everyone was greeted - most by name. Incredibly friendly place. While there are plenty of pizza places in the area, this one stood out for all the right reasons! Will be back for sure!

Not only the best pizza in the area but the best sandwiches too. They make their own hoagie rolls in house. The other Tony’s gotta get it together to match this awesomeness!
