The food tasted and smelled like mildew and mold.. our server was a little too gracious and over the top. There was only 1 other party there on a Saturday night and we were the only patrons there once they left and understandably so,,, The only enjoyable thing were the holiday decorations and atmosphere. This place would be lovely with a new head chef and some good marketing.. Would never recommend otherwise and will not return.

We had a great Sunday brunch at the Willowtree. The staff is friendly and helpful. The decor is pretty cool. There's a great view of the creek out back if you get the right seat. The food was well prepared and delicious. We're really glad we stopped by.

Worst place ever. Left without dinner being served, waitress never put our food order in, then served all around us when they came in after us. Never apologized for not even putting our order in. Only one waitress working. Was there over an hour and a half not even one time did she come over to explain delay. They could of cared less that customers weren't being served or the fact that when we walked out no one ever said anything and no manager there to even complain to about. Don't know how they even stay open. What a disgrace. No customer service at all.

Really struggled between 2/3 stars. I want to love this place so much because I loved the creek side dining but getting to the back you walk through the restaurant, and you can’t help notice the musk (like a senior home) encapsulate the indoor dining area. We ordered the cheese plate and they forgot the crackers. Food presentation was also lacking - they just threw three cubes onto the plate with a piece of lettuce? Additionally the Chicken Francaise had a mild in flavor but still decent sauce (they reused the same sauce on their salmon), but the chicken itself had a soggy breading and was tough and almost seemed microwaved? They have so much potential and hope they shake things up and revitalize. Didn’t want to hear from my guest that they would’ve preferred me cooking instead of me bringing them out for food. Seemed fruitless entirely - regardless of the outside deck.

We were here for the first time this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We had a wonderful appetizer and dinner. our server, Jodi, was friendly and very attentive. It was nice to sit and eat on the deck and enjoy dining on a beautiful day. Thank You!

My husband and I came here because of the views but the food was terrible. They used old greens in my salad and my husband’s meal (wayfarer) the lemon butter sauce was not good. We will not come back to this restaurant.
