First time trying Hunner’s since we moved to Oakdale. Nice local restaurant for take out or eating in. We tried their burger, chicken salad and BBQ chicken flatbread. I would recommend the salad or burger, not a fan of the flatbread(just a thin crust pizza with toppings), just wasn’t for us. Waited about 15 minutes to check in for our ordered, seemed like they were having some issues with customers eating in.
This was our 1st visit after reading many online reviews. And we are so happy we stopped. It has the best staff, and a cute and clean restaurant The food was amazing. We had wonderful pizza with a prefect thin & crispy crust, tasty sauce and the right amount of toppings. The hot wings were outstanding! Best fried mushrooms and our take home slices of red velvet cake were great! We will definitely be back.

These are the nicest, most caring, generous folks ever! We had a problem with one of our dishes and they fixed it right away and then wouldn't charge us! The restaurant is a real family place which we love. I ate the biggest calzone I've ever seen - after a day biking on the Panhandle Trail, it was fantastic!
