slow service. Order mobile app 10.04 and waiting at store for 20 mins.Some people order at store while I waiting still get their drinks first.

I have been here twice in my travels. Although the baristas are working feverishly to make the order as fast they can, it appears they can not keep up between mobile app orders, drive throughs and in house orders. The wait time is too long as I waited over 20 minutes for my esspresso order. Mind you this was a Sunday afternoon-as I overheard an employee tell a customer, we are really behind. Maybe both times they were down an employee, I dont know.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve experienced. I ordered in my app and tried to pickup through drive thru because I have my infants sleeping in the back. I wait over 20 mins for a drink I ordered ahead of time.

Most of the reviews are true. I come here and to the dispensary next door every Friday and have for about 2 years. I always place my Starbucks order before going into the dispensary and by the time I come back out, anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes later, my drink still isn’t ready. I find myself waiting another 25 minutes, one time waited an extra 45 minutes inside Starbucks for my drink that said would be done in 10 minutes. This location is very understaffed and I can only imagine the struggle, so I don’t complain much. I honestly feel bad for the workers that do show up. I give my props to them, I’d probably have quit. The seating area is full of people every time, I mean people look and act like scavengers, standing there at the counter with wild eyes, waiting to devour their 10 dollar coffee like they’re some kind of animals in the wild. Once saw an employee on the verge of tears- this location isn’t equipped for the amount of business they are getting and all the weight falls back onto the employees who are only trying to make a living. Please remember that when they are serving YOU! However, my orders have been being messed up lately as well, so sometimes I’m inside Starbucks for over an hour waiting for my drinks only to need to wait for them to be remade. And 90% of the time the drinks don’t taste right even when they are made “right.” I never had this problem at this location before, and it’s impossible to get anyone behind the counter to talk to you and quiet frankly, I hate to say anything because I know they’re already dealing with so much. I don’t even say anything anymore when my drinks are wrong. I look around and see 20+ people in such a small area going bonkers for their coffee, so I just leave. Hoping for more staff, or that maybe after the holiday season things will slow down. Thanks to all the employees who are still here, regardless!

Starbucks staff needs to be retrained on how to make drinks. Every time I come here they have to make my drink more than once because it's nasty. Their coffee is always watered down and nothing has flavor.. huge disappointment

This is hands down the worst starbucks I've ever been too, waited over half an hour and only received 1 out of 2 drinks when they were pumping out the drive thru orders back to back while 10 people were waiting 30 to 45 mins for drinks inside. When we asked the girl where the other drink was she says oh someone must've stole it we are only 7 mins behind, wrong!!! we were standing next to the counter the whole time and my receipt shows what time I ordered. Some other lady came over that was her friend and she made her drink right away. Horrible customer service at this location it doesn't surprise me they only have 3.8 stars they deserve a -1.

Ordered a coffee and oatmeal, i waited 10+min for coffee, and after waiting another 5 min for oatmeal, i went to ask they the girl and she tell me with a cold face that the person that's handling it is not there.. i left without even asking for credit... bad experience.

This was the worst experience in all my life and visiting Starbucks and it will be my last. I arrived here with just a half a dozen cars in front of me It took me 45 minutes to get through this line, I don't know what's going on but obviously this location has serious issues I will never ever stop another Starbucks ever again.

I’m from Washington state and moved to Pennsylvania which I love but the Starbucks over here are the slowest service I have ever had. This saddens me because I have my Starbucks favorites. ?
