I have been here twice in my travels. Although the baristas are working feverishly to make the order as fast they can, it appears they can not keep up between mobile app orders, drive throughs and in house orders. The wait time is too long as I waited over 20 minutes for my esspresso order. Mind you this was a Sunday afternoon-as I overheard an employee tell a customer, we are really behind. Maybe both times they were down an employee, I dont know.

Called 15 minutes before close as a courtesy to the workers that we were coming. On a long haul trip from Tennessee to upstate Ny. The only Starbucks still open. They actually took the order over the phone since they were cleaning up and prepared it for us. Win win for everyone!! Thank you guys!!!

Really enjoy the coffee even though it's really expensive, I hate how fast points expire I wish they wouldn't expire. Staff is most of the time friendly. Last time my order was done wrong the barista fixed it before I even noticed it and got both coffees ( I gave them a tip). I dont really order their food, but when I get anything it's usually okay. Starbucks should let us cash in points for dollar credits instead of having them expire. I lost over 400 points.
