Very nice, bright cafe with lots of comfy seating, and pretty views of the Penn State campus and surrounding hills. They have a Clover Vertica like most, but not all, stores now have. Pleasant crew and good service.

I have been here twice in my travels. Although the baristas are working feverishly to make the order as fast they can, it appears they can not keep up between mobile app orders, drive throughs and in house orders. The wait time is too long as I waited over 20 minutes for my esspresso order. Mind you this was a Sunday afternoon-as I overheard an employee tell a customer, we are really behind. Maybe both times they were down an employee, I dont know.

Called 15 minutes before close as a courtesy to the workers that we were coming. On a long haul trip from Tennessee to upstate Ny. The only Starbucks still open. They actually took the order over the phone since they were cleaning up and prepared it for us. Win win for everyone!! Thank you guys!!!
