Stopped by for the first time this weekend and we were blown away. Jamie C was an amazing waitress:knowledgeable, personable and helpful. We never get usually get appetizers or dessert, but we happily did both. The Maryland Crab soup was great. The fire log pepper appetizer was unique and amazing. The martini flight was tasty as well. There are many great options for food near Sunbury and Boondocks just moved to the top of that list for us.

Pretty good good. Only reason for a lower review is the credit card processing fee of 3.4% added to every transaction. Feels pretty cheap.

Overall we felt like the menu was a bit overpriced. My significant other had the flat iron steak and an added crabcake with the mashed potatoes and was very pleased with his meal. I had a chicken sandwich that left much to be desired in the flavor department. I tried the martini flight and they were good flavor wise but not cold. It’s also odd that they add the credit card processing fee to all bills regardless of payment method. The booths were also a bit uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly. Overall worth going but I don’t know that we would go back.

My husband and I finally stopped in at Boondocks today for the first time. We are so glad that our travels led us there today. We had a fantastic meal, got to meet and talk with Michael, had some great conversation. The food and service is above and beyond. We will definitely be going back to work our way through the menu. Check them out!

This place is mehhhh. Super overpriced for the offerings. The portions are small and wayyyyyy too salted. My fresh salmon was definitely frozen and overcooked. I felt like a burden to staff. Wouldn't return..I felt like we would have been better off getting cheap pizza. The food felt very unhealthy.
I have been dying to try this place. Unfortunately, it was such a let down. My husband liked his burger; however, my meal was disgusting. I got the Cajun shrimp mac and cheese bowl. I understand Cajun is spicy but this was HOT. I couldn't even eat it. The place is trying to be fancy with it's menu and prices but I found nothing special about it. We had a few martinis and they were amazing. I'd be back for the drinks but probably not the food. I can't imagine how this has a 4.7 rating.

Ordered the Smokestack Burger with Brussels sprouts and it was fantastic. My only ‘complaint’ was I don’t consume much sugar and the bbq sauce used tasted too sweet for my liking. It was also a very strong flavor and overpowered a lot of the other ingredients. I would def order this burger again but without the sauce. Brussels were perfect.

I wishing well for this establishment. I only stopped in for wings (which were very good). I was greeted by the owner who was very nice and had a little time to chat. The location has had several owners through the years and very little upgrades had been done. I’m pretty sure the owner remodeled because it doesn’t have that dingy, old Italian mafia movie type vibe to it anymore. I was actually shocked to see a ton of vehicles in the lot and a nice lunch crowd. All the best to them and hope they stick around for a long time.
