The turkey was excellent. Great smoke profile, rub and moist. My son grabbed a leg and went to town. We also bought their gravy which was good. The Mac and cheese was a pleasant surprise that everyone loved. I believe it has a cream cheese in it that captures plenty of smoke - creative.

Some of THE best BBQ I’ve had. We had an even catered and everything from the first email, to the estimate, to the food and service was perfection! They take pride in what they make and it’s delicious. I highly recommend Bubba Joe’s for any of your bbq needs for events. The brisket was super tender and juicy, as was the pork and chicken.
