I feel like this place discriminates I’ve applied at this job so many times and they will never select my application on indeed and I have a lot of experience for the positions that they post on indeed
This company runs an online business where they illegally filter reviews. Notice how there are no 1 star reviews on their products. This is in violation of the FTC's The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) which safe guards against review censorship from valid customers. I left an honest review on their Guayusa for being too finely ground (turning to sand in a strainer), and they denied it from their website. I take this as a sign they cannot be trusted, and I'd recommend ordering elsewhere if you are about to take a chance on one of their products (since you can't trust the reviews...)

NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE
For a number of years, I ordered coffee from Fresh Roasted Coffee. I thought they offered fine coffee at a reasonable price – providing “5 star” reviews for some of their products.
Yes, the coffee market is a tough market and small business do need to economize in order to survive. However, it appears that Fresh Roasted Coffee has taken that to the extreme. Over the last six months or so, the quality of their coffee has slipped considerably. For example, I received two bags of Sumatran beans. The beans in one bag were fine. It seemed that whoever filled the other bag simply swept up the dregs from any number of roastings and put them into a bag and labeled it Sumatran. I wrote a review about my experience, but it appears the company does not post unfavorable reviews.
More recently, I purchased their Black Night Decaf. I recognize there is still a great deal of caffeine in decaf coffee, but these beans were “fully caffeinated.” Maybe a shipping error or just another way to economize.
I prefer supporting small companies over big coffee – Starbucks. But at least the Starbucks beans are uniformly of higher quality.
Best coffee ever. ☕️
Fresh and delicious!

Their claim of roasted to order is not true , got my first direct order I placed on 4 -05 and the box arrived today saying manufactured on 2/22/24 … I didn’t even know the company existed back in February .. it’s a shame
I have yet to find a place that sells better coffee than Fresh Roasted, and I don’t think that will ever happen! Fresh Roasted Coffee is the best! It’s incredibly delicious! My favorite kind is the Guatemalan.
Fresh coffee smells good!
Great place to work! I know I am biased but I would highly recommend anyone looking for freshly roasted coffee beans to check it out.

I’ve ordered coffee and tea from this shop. very bad quality. I don't recommend buying. coffee is used cheap varieties of robusta, they do not have arabica. the coffee is overcooked like coal. their roast label doesn't mean anything, it's just marketing for a change. in any package there will be the same overcooked robusta that you can immediately throw away. the tea is also low grade, smells like dust and old boots, and is flavoured (labeled on the packaging), but no flavour in reality - only disgusting musty smell.
I ordered my coffee to be shipped to California. I’ve tried many, many brands, and this is absolutely the best in my opinion.

Sadly, I just found out today that if you are a coffee subscriber, like me, you cannot redeem reward points. Just letting folks know! Their Reward Points FAQs don’t mention a thing about that. A bit misleading on their part. I hope they add this info.It would be great if your website and email wording included “we do not allow the stacking of Fresh Points on top of subscriptions…” just so people know. Good to be transparent! I’m in the process of trying to redeem my points for a “free mug.” So I will let everyone know how that goes. Meanwhile, I do love Fresh Roasted Coffee.I did find out that if a regular coffee subscriber wants to redeem Fresh points for a “free” mug or “free” coffee, you must first purchase an extra item, above and beyond the coffee subscription. This is good info for those who are interested. Fresh Roasted, please include this info in your FAQs to be completely transparent.
Coffee is FRESH, flavor is spot on - full-rich and NOT bitter :) Absolutely love the coffee sachets - easy to tuck in your suitcase for great coffee while on the road!
