Placed an order on slice. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived and they said āsorry I was busy Iām just now putting it in the ovenā as I was sitting here waiting for almost another 20 minutes for my order they were in the kitchen yelling āwhatās wrong with people? Who ordersā¦ā they yelled my entire order and judged me while I was sitting there with at least 5 other people in the restaurant. When I was handed my order I thanked them for judging my order and yelling it out to everyone that was there and the lady responded with āyouāre welcomeā. NEVER returning hereā¦

I will update on food tonight, but as someone with social anxiety, it took me 3 hours to get up the courage to even call. The sweetheart who helped me through, what I needed, & then saved me money, was BEYOND! I was adding to my grandsons birthday, & KND was the best in service. Thank You...thank you... THANK YOU! from the bottom of my heart. Update: The cheese steak doagies & the Italian doagie was fantastic! Again, thank you so much!

I would never order from there again. First they couldnāt get my name right Jae isnāt hard to remember. My food was under the name Aaron. None of the cooks are wearing gloves, wiping their hands on their clothing. For 24$ for the cheeseburgers platters with barely any French fries which i had to recook when i got home. First time ordering & it will be the last. Not to mention the food came in a Walmart bag. Iām not even going to get into the lettuce n tomato on my burger not good at all. Thanks but no thanks.

Normally I donāt have a problem, but this particular time I ordered online and got the dry bbq wings. They called and said that they didnāt have the sauce and asked which one Iād like, I said itās ok I donāt want the wings then Iāll just get the pizza I ordered. When I went to pick up the pizza the lady was on the phone saying āguess Iāll just shove these 15 wings up my assā like it was my fault they ran out. I donāt like just any flavor sorry for your inconvenience but it was highly rude and unprofessional.
