I would never order from there again. First they couldn’t get my name right Jae isn’t hard to remember. My food was under the name Aaron. None of the cooks are wearing gloves, wiping their hands on their clothing. For 24$ for the cheeseburgers platters with barely any French fries which i had to recook when i got home. First time ordering & it will be the last. Not to mention the food came in a Walmart bag. I’m not even going to get into the lettuce n tomato on my burger not good at all. Thanks but no thanks.

Normally I don’t have a problem, but this particular time I ordered online and got the dry bbq wings. They called and said that they didn’t have the sauce and asked which one I’d like, I said it’s ok I don’t want the wings then I’ll just get the pizza I ordered. When I went to pick up the pizza the lady was on the phone saying “guess I’ll just shove these 15 wings up my ass” like it was my fault they ran out. I don’t like just any flavor sorry for your inconvenience but it was highly rude and unprofessional.

The pizza is usually pretty good every once in a while I get a pepperoni & cheese pizza that tastes like cinnamon.(Not very tasty). My daughters boyfriend got wings this past order and every single wing was so very small. I mean like tiny like very very tiny and the sauce was garbage and no crunch soggy like a wet sock. For the price I felt like there was an absolute need to complain. It's a pizza and hoagie place hence the 4 stars if it was a chicken wing establishment I honestly would have given them 1 star and asked for money back.

However with that being said we unfortunately live in Middleburg so we don't get to eat there as often as we would like. So we have the place that opened in Middleburg and they offer only one kind of doagie, but we loved KND's so much we thought we give them a try, boy was that a mistake! Nothing compared to KND's. We will never make that mistake again! If we are wanting a doagie KND's is our go to place from now on, we will make the trip. Thanks KND for the great food, friendly service, and clean place!
