Coming home from work called to place an order. Employee answered the phone. He said please hold. I was on hold for at least 10 minutes. I hung up and called back. Once again wanted me to hold. I said NO. Placed my order. Stopped to pick it up. The employment never put it in the system. It was suppose to be my supper. Will not eat there again with that kind of service. I'll go elsewhere.

Never a disappointment with this place. I'm not from around the area, but when I visit this is my go to restaurant. The food is delicious, prices are what you'd expect. My husband got the seafood hoagie and you could tell it was great quality seafood and fresh.

When I got to the window three of the employees had their backs to me and on their cell phones. Eventually someone saw and greeted me. The order was quick and the window is convenient, but the pizza was BAD! I've ordered from here before and never had bad food, but today it's just "off". The sauce is sweeter than usual and has almost a sour taste to it. I contacted Alice where I ordered and their solution was the store stated it's the same sauce and same employees and I could return for a replacement. I'm not going to drive back into town and wait 20 minutes for something that will likely not be good either since they didn't care to see if anything was wrong because "it was the same". Real shame...
