pm we had all kind of trouble ordering online. The lady that waited on us was trying her best to help me. She was VERY nice!! The guy that worked with her had an attitude, he was throwing food back in in trays, slamming stuff. I think he was mad because she was helping me. He ignored everything she tried to ask him or when she was being courteous to him. I wouldn't have someone like him work for me. My husband and I won't be going there anymore. She deserved to be treated better than that. And I shouldn't have left there feeling like I was sorry I even stuck around to pay for attitude. I get that at home for free. I didn't eat my sub, I threw it away at the marina. Good luck with him.
The squirrely man that works there is rude and has no customer service skills. He acts like he is better than you. If you ask a question when ordering, his tone is all wrong and very condescending. I would go to another Subway rather than go back there to have to look at and deal with his rude, discourteous attitude towards customers.

It was ok to grab a fast bite . I found them to be about average I have had better and I've had worse but as far as just to grab fast bite they are ok . Also each one is very different I have been to other locations for which I will not go Back. I would visit the sunbury location again.

My sister my niece and I came in for a late lunch and was I guess greeted by a very unfriendly man who may have known the newer items on the menu and the increase in some of their prices but did not know the basics of common courtesy and how to treat a valued customer.

Did a couple online orders from this place and they ALWAYS forget to put the cheese on it. If you don't want your order screwed up, do not do online ordering. I am very displeased with the 4 times they screwed my sandwich up. This past time I did an online order, I made sure to check it, I went back in and said how they forgot the cheese and they said after you leave the store we cannot make you a new sandwich since you opened it, so they gave me a cup of cheese when it's supposed to be a toasted sandwich! I OPENED IT CUZ THIS HAS HAPPENED FOUR TIMES. The girl who keeps screwing it up should definitely be retrained because I worked at a subway before and this is not acceptable. Especially when I am paying money for it to be done right!!!
The guy behind the counter was just plain grumpy. I had trouble understanding him, but I wasn't rude. He got angry with me and even raised his voice. I won't go in again if he's working.

The male employee here needs to take a couple of courses on how to speak and treat the customers. The way he speaks to you is very condescending and arrogant. If you order extra stuff, you know you'll have to pay extra for it. He stop what he's doing and gives you a nasty look while saying something around the lines of, "that's going to be extra," or "that's $1.25 extra." Which is fine but they way he says, it's as if he believes you can't afford the little bit of extra cash it'll cost you. When placing an online order for pickup and he's there, it always like WW2. I know what I ordered and I know what I paid for, why was there an issue when he messed up on my order and I corrected him? He went to his computer screen, checked the receipt again and implied that I lied about my order because the receipt on HIS END it did not show him what it was correctly. I literally had the app open on my phone ready to show him, there's no reason for me to lie.
I came in 10 minutes before close and they were still very happy to serve me great service.
