The customer service wasn't great at all. The young lady took my order over the phone was sarcastic. Very disrespectful. The food is good but one thing about me is, I will continue going somewhere if the food was mediocre and the customer service was great. I am big on customer service. I won't be ordering food sometime anymore. I frequent at this place a total of eight times. Prior to this interaction I must say everything was great. It took this one time for this young lady to get sarcastic and smart with me over the phone to change my mind about everything. I have to emphasize that her attitude was really untasteful. She was rushing me through my order to the point that I ordered the wrong dish it didn't notice it until I got home and because I had no knowledge of the orders she was getting smart expecting me to know how the orders come. I laughed it off and continued ordering when I got there to pick my food up she was really nonchalant. I had a question for her but instead of her paying attention to the customer in front of her she was taking orders while cashing me out.

Not so happy..Not so good General Tso. Pretty bad. Black long Hair in food. Gross. ??? You know when you order Chinese food because you are really craving it and leftovers are just as good- this is not that place.Place seems like only take out and place was dark, dirty and depressing. First time trying and not trying again. I can say the woman cooking and on register was very pleasant so points for service.

The Worst Cheesesteak rolls i have ever had in my life. The meat taste like hamburger helper meat, plus there is no cheese inside of the roll. The rice is undercooked and has a funny taste to it. Overall i’ll give this place a 3 out off 10.

The food is awesome…. But the real prize is the delivery driver!He’s so pleasant, and accepted my bunch of quarters with Grace.Also… they said 45 minutes to an hour….. food arrived in 38 minutes
The establishment exuded a cold and empty ambiance. Despite purchasing the shrimp lo mein, I found it disappointingly dry. Furthermore, the limited acceptance of only Visa or Mastercard showcased outdated payments accepted. . During my recent visit, a payment discrepancy occurred where my card declined on the cashier's end, yet the transaction reflected on my account. Despite presenting evidence, I left without the ordered food, as the staff insisted on an additional $25. This marks the second occurrence of dissatisfaction, leading me to reconsider future visits to the establishment.

I was driving and I feel hungry, so I saw this Chinese restaurant. I actually really like Chinese food went to this place put in my order. It was shrimp fried rice and chicken wing. The lady told me 10 minutes I realize I am standing in there too long waiting for my food and another customer come inside after me and leave before me. I realize that my Caucasian brother she actually talk to them and deal with them better than how she actually respond and deal with me when I was asking her about my my food she literally ignored me. And went on a video call on her phone. $15 plus the food costs because I got a bottle of water.

My husband is historically disappointed with take out Chinese food and even he was thoroughly impressed by the food. Highly recommend the sesame chicken and fried pork dumplings. Delivery was fast too! Great spot

This is the Jekyll and Hyde of Chinese Take-out. One time I went there and the food was very good. It was hot, properly cooked and plentiful, with plenty of sauce. The next time I went the foot was barely warm and was improperly cooked, the breading fell off the shrimp and was very gritty and all the shrimp were stuck together in a big clump, all signs that the dish was not cooked long enough or was cooked at the wrong temperature. I threw the meal, and the take-out menu, in the trash. Not going to play guessing games every time I order from here, so I'll order from some place else..

The rice is not Chinese fried it seems like properly or it’s just too light. Also, I asked for chicken wings with chicken fried rice and they didn’t put no chicken in the fried rice so check your food before leaving.
