I stopped in here this morning after walking around the Farmers Market. What a sweet little bakery with friendly staff. I purchased a beautiful fruit and cheese danish that was so delicious. I also got a plain croissant and two little egg custards. There are so many wonderful things to choose from and I love this little bakery. The service was wonderful and a short wait to be served.

Proper baker. Certainly the best baguettes to be had anywhere round here. Croissants: good. Sausage rolls: good. Quiche: good. Not cheap, but if you want cheap bread you can eat the rubbish at Acme.

I usually like their baked food fine, but this morning I ordered a sausage croissant and honestly, I can't tell if it's cooked or raw and the pasty part was gummy and moist (the parts in contact with the sausage). It was really gross and made my stomach flip so I won't be eating it ):

Their prices are high but BOY are they worth it! They have an allergy menu printout, and their food is so good! Also today at closing we went in for a chocolate croissant and they gave us a two for one since they were closing so soon. A wonderful generous neighborhood place, a great addition to swarthmore.

My first time at this Bakery today. I ordered a slice of Carrot Cake and Chocolate Raspberry Cake along with a Chocolate cupcake with Vanilla icing. I have to say, these desserts were absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!! Will definitely e returning to this bakery. Staff and owner are so nice. Please give this place a try. I am a visitor in Swarthmore and I found this gem while searching the web for a good croissant! I showed up at around noon and unfortunately they were out of the classic croissant, so I got a cardamom puff (I think that's what it was called) and chocolate chip scone.
The cardamom puff was out of this world! It has beautiful layers of buttery, crisp bread with crunchy cinnamon sugar on the outside and soft, stretchy dough on the inside. In every bite you get to enjoy the perfect balance of butter, salt, sugar, and cinnamon sugar with a hint of cardamom. The texture is exactly what I was looking for: crisp on the outside, light, fluffy and stretchy inside. The flavors and texture melt together in blissful harmony. The cardamom is noticeable, not overpowering.
I also got a chocolate chip scone which was nothing to write home about. But the cardamom muffin certainly made up for it in its beautiful texture and presentation and unique, surprising flavor profile, so I still give the food a 5/5. I hope that I get to return one day to try the classic croissant and some other baked goods!

I am beyond thrilled to have Pastry Pants here in my town. I’m a bit of a croissant snob, and theirs are the best I’ve had outside of Paris. Everything else they have is excellent, as well. Yes, all is a tad pricey, but the quality is worth it. I savor every bite.

I purchased 2 cinnamon rolls, they were small. The photo posted is not the size of the cinnamon roll I received. The cinnamon roll itself was just ok, the icing was very good. The customer service was great.
