Dropped by for breakfast at random, due to camping nearby, and it was one of the highlights of my weekend! The place was busy, but the two ladies working on the floor were holding it down!
The menu was simple as it gets. The food was great. Prices were shocking in the best way. Service was tops, too! It is a definite must for me, and it should be for you, too, if you're near the area!

Was there 3/21/25 the food was great. The service was out standing the waitress couldn't do enough for us. The place was full and she kept up with everything. Definitely going back. Great place.

My husband and I walked in there was one open table and two open seats at the bar. A family of 3 walked in behind us so we went to the bar. 3 other family’s came in after us all got service right away. We had 5 different servers look right at us and not one even acknowledged us. We waited 15 min before just walking out.

What a great family oriented place! Stopped here to get gift certificates. There wasn't that many people inside this day. I was waited on and taken care of then decided to grab a couple pieces of strawberry pie to take with me. Again, served with a smile! While she was in the back packing up my pie, it dawned on me that folks were packing up from a graduation party. As I was taking care of my bill I asked if they were closed to the public and she said yes! Yet never batted an eye and took care of me! What a sweetheart! Thanks Paytons Place for taking care of it's customers! Even when you didn't have to!

Have not had a bad meal in all the time we have stopped there. The worker's are more like family. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Great place to go, we couldn't ask for anything else. Prices are great also.
