I was there 10 mins before I was acknowledged and another 5 mins before my order was taken. The burgers and chicken sandwiches were overcooked and the fries were raw. This store was the worst. Customer Service was horrible. Staff was had there hands under there clothes rubbing there stomach and playing with their hair.

I never got anything because I waited in the drive-through until I was going to be late to work so I had to leave. Just absolutely unacceptable wait times and terrible service.. I was visiting my parents and decided to give them another try and it’s still the same old crap it’s really sad. Wendy’s has never done anything to rectify that location.

Won't go back. Dining room is never open, can't order inside. There's a big sign on the window "Dining room Open from 11am-10pm". Well, I tried to go in, but door was locked. It was 7 pm. This wasn't the only time it happened to me. I have had enough.

This has to be the slowest Wendy's ever, I believe I was in the drive thru line for little over half hour, as I drove by the first window I saw an employee hiding behind a promo sign on his phone and another employee was just casually walking around with no urgency. When I got to the 2nd window they had to have me pull forward to wait for my food.
I'd rather go down the road to taco bell or go all the way to North Versailles and go to Burger King than go here again!
I highly recommend going somewhere else that understands the concept of fast food!

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s. My grandma lives close to the area, so we stop by pretty often. On average, you will be sitting in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes without any explanation. Workers are lazy and act like you’re inconveniencing them just by being there. The only redeeming quality is that the food is okay, but there’s definitely better Wendy’s nearby. Would not recommend to anybody in the area.

The night crew at this Wendy’s is just terrible. I went there last night and they had everything shut down by 10 when the restaurant doesn’t close until 11? I waited in line in the drive thru for half an hour and it wasn’t because it was busy. It was because no one was taking anyone’s order. I wouldn’t have stayed if I didn’t have a mobile order that was already paid for. I saw workers just walking around outside, cleaning, and just doing anything but taking care of customers. They even started turning people away from the drive thru around 10:20. You guys might as well be closed at night for all the business they’re getting you. Do not go here at night!
Don’t place online orders. I placed a carry out order online and they gave it to someone else in the drive thru. When asked to remake the order they said they don’t remake food. When asked to be refunded the manager said I have to contact corporate. It’s upsetting that I’m paying the price for WENDYS MISTAKE and left empty handed but paid $15 for a meal. Contacted corporate but I have to wait to hear back. WENDYS IS TERRIBLE!

This is by far the worst Wendy's location that I've been to. This place deserves zero stars tbh. The service is the worst I've seen. When I pulled up I noticed the manager just chilling outside all while the line is wrapped around the building. Been in the drive thru line for 15 plus min and not one car moved. All of these bad reviews you would think they'd close this place down already.

Terrible service, rude staff at window, chucked my order at me and just started talking to their coworker, refused to honor app coupon and changed my order despite what I asked for and denied me my receipt, avoid this Wendy's, go anywhere else.
