Auntie Anne's

I’ve never witnessed such horrible customer service until today at this Auntie Anne’s. I was the only one in there and there were four guys working. Not one of them helped me. All I wanted was a lemonade. When one finally said he could help me, he said never mind because apparently the guy he was helping went outside to ask his family what they wanted. I ended up leaving.

Boots got stuck to the damn ground bc employees decided to just leave a spilled drink to dry up on the floor, I get it if y'all are busy but bros sitting there

You can smell Auntie Anne’s from a few stores away and it pulls you in every time. That warm buttery pretzel smell hits just right and makes you think you're about to get the best snack of your life. Unfortunately it smells better than it actually tastes.

The pretzels at this location were just okay. They looked fresh but mine was a little hard and not as warm as I expected. I got the original and some pretzel nuggets and while they weren’t bad they didn’t live up to that amazing smell that fills the whole area. The cheese dip was decent but nothing to rave about.

The staff was polite but seemed kind of rushed even though the line wasn’t that long. It felt like they were trying to move people through as fast as possible which I get but it made the experience feel a little off.

It’s not a bad spot if you’re craving something salty and quick but don’t expect it to taste as amazing as it smells. The smell is five stars but the food and service bring it down a bit. Probably still worth a try if you’ve never had it but for me it didn’t hit the way I hoped.

I work in the outlet and frequent the store regularly. The lady who appears to be the new manager is professional, and courteous. This has been lacking in the store for months, a welcoming change. Food and service has greatly improved. The 2 stars on atmosphere is a reflection of the 3 guys, behind the counter, that act like they are at a bar rather than work. The excessive use of foul language, that can clearly be heard in the front of the store, and immature behavior is appalling, especially when there's young children present. Overall, I would recommend as the pretzels and Cinnabon items are amazing.

Don't waste your money or time ! I got a pretzel I tell you my fingers were thicker than that pretzel.. also it wasn’t cooked fully , pretzels at a gas station look and taste better shame

Wasn't the manager Denise charged with theft in the last week?

I think the employees need a reality check. It’s auntie Anne’s, not boot camp.

Absolutely horrendous. Never waste your money here. I wish I had my 11 dollars back. This place should be shut down as it is such a disgrace. Normally I do not comment on employees but maybe get some new ones too.

Asked for a pretzel without butter since i’m allergic to milk product. Told they can’t accommodate allergens.. what?
Employee went and verified with “manager” that she told him to refuse service because they won’t make them without butter.

Meanwhile I’ve been to multiple locations and that never happened, i understand maybe because it’s busy. But it was 10am and they were standing around chatting with no customers in sight so i’m not quite sure what the issue is.

I went to buy one pretzel it was hard and burned, the workers were fixing the hair each other in the same time that they were making new pretzels

Employees were not helpful. Everything I kept asking for they didn’t have. They gave me issues with using my points that I gained by shopping at auntie Ann’s the whole experience was off.
