Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse

We had a great meal while visiting the area. The salsa and queso were awesome as an appetizer, our 3 yr old ate the whole plate of it! We got the shrimp and steak fajitas, chicken chimichangas, and kids quesadillas, everything was really good. The atmosphere was also really nice and you can eat out on the deck and have amazing scenery.

Server needs to have more attentive and focus. Foods need flavor and more love. Need work on drinks menu. Rice came out cold and late after we done with soup. Server needs to have more knowledge about menu.

We went on the second day they were open. They probably should have had a soft opening a few weeks ago rather than debuting on a holiday weekend. Many kinks to be worked out with service and food

We had a great experience at Berrelli’s. Our server Piotr was fantastic and the food was excellent. We will definitely be back.

I don't know. Was it because they were about to close food? Wasn't that good? The service was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent

We loved our meal so much the first time that we went back the very next night so that my daughter could re-order calamari and the pork chop. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The only good thing at camelback resort! Highly recommend if you have to come to camel back

We had made a reservation for my wife's birthday. Upon getting to the restaurant and checking in we smelled fire and the fire alarms went off. We were escorted outside due to a kitchen fire. From there, the manager told everyone it was safe to return and we were sat. After waiting for 20 minutes without so much as a greeting, the manager came over and told us they were closed due to contamination. No compensation offered for the wasted hour plus of our time or horrible experience.

Waiter (Jason) was amazing !!! Service was amazing Steak was overcooked. Having to pay for extras like “mashed potatoes” should have been included in meal. Food quality for price was a bit much but overall a good experience

Delicious from start to beginning. Tasted like old school Italian. The spaghetti and meatball sauce was delicious. Chicken parm w penne,, veal pasta, and burrata just as good . We'll be back

The restaurant was so nice and cozy and the service was great but the food was ok the Ribs a little too salty, sea bass dish was ok

Yesterday 02/09/25 we made a reservation at this restaurant at 9:45 pm because that time was an option on the website. By 3 in the afternoon they started calling us asking if we wanted to go earlier but we already had other plans and other places to visit but we did our best to get there early. When we were already arriving to the restaurant they called us again saying that they were going to close the restaurant because it was empty. When we got there the attitude of the host (Camila) was terrible. If the restaurant closes at 10 why do they allow reservations at 9:45? It can ruin people’s plans!

We had a 915 reservation and about 8 o’clock as it started to snow. I went onto OpenTable to try to bump it to an earlier slot and there was none, so we figured they were busy as it was a snowy night and imaginably everybody would want to go eat at slopeside restaurant. As we got there, there were no one there only two other tables which we found odd. Within minutes of sitting down a waitress came over and said please order your drinks quickly as the bar is closing as we wanna go home because it’s snowing ..The whole experience was rushed. We were not asked to have dessert just the check and then they started cleaning up around us. I understand it was snowing, but this is a ski resort that snow is very common in the Pocono. We only come here once a year and it was only 2 inches of snow. It was certainly not a blizzard. The whole experience was extremely odd For being in a ski resort in the Poconos that’s snow is common especially 2 inches to rush people out of a ski resort Restaurant is ridiculous.

Food was excellent and service was phenomenal. Had a wonderful waitress named Gabbie that was attentive and gave excellent service.The staff were extremely friendly. And the food was to die for. 100% would recommend!!!!!.
