Service was good. Food is average, but not bad for a shopping experience. The chicken was good but the flavor average. I was hopeful - potential is there with the menu they have.

For some reason in the Poconos it's hard to find good quick food. As someone who's from Philly I became a custom to the quick dinner you can get from a local family run business. When I saw this place on my way back from my work at tigon golf carts it stood out to me as one of those places you would see in Philly and it did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend.

First time here and the experience definitely was a great one. Ty welcomed us with a smile and walked us through all the options. She gave great detail about the food and recommendations. She is definitely a great asset to this establishment. We got the uncle Jerome's nashville hot sandwich with dirty fries and the pit boss with dirty fries. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back!

We stopped I. To grab a bite and decided we wanted an adult drink with or meal. We did leave but, they had a great menu, place was clean and friendly.

The chicken sandwiches here are absolutely fantastic, best on the mountain without a doubt. They don't skimp on quality, or portion size and that's what keeps me coming back.

Good services

2 people can dine in for about $30. One of the few dining places in this mall. Kudos to Joseph who was most friendly and took the time to answer our questions and take our order. We visited on an uncrowded Wednesday and the facility is clean and bathroom is adequate. As for the food: a culinary trauma. The Big Cali is a jumbled mess of watery avocado, days old bacon and mushy bun. The Pit Boss is a tower of unremarkable BBQ sauce, cheese and a tiny onion ring. One pickle! At least the lemonade is delicious. Permit me to say that all the dining in this mall is terrible and expensive.

I ordered the Shaq Attack and the Big Cali from Big Chicken on my first ever visit today and I have to say their food it worth the travel distance. Great tasting toppings, juicy chicken and a great uplifting vibe like being inside a 5 below if it makes sense.
