Billy's Pocono Diner

The food was good, very over priced. They charge gratuity and a fee for using a card.

The diner itself was cute and decorated fun. The food was mediocre at best. The hamburger tasted like it was from a cheap school cafeteria, and to top it off they charge extra for lettuce, tomato and onion. You'll spend $20 on a cheeseburger and it's below average. Everything was very expensive considering the lack of quality. The waitress was ok, but with the place being empty, we were surprised she didn't come by the table a little more and act a little more friendly. I'm not usually this tuff on a place, but I was very disappointed. 2 burgers, 2 orders of pancakes and a blt cost over $145 and it was blah....

During our vacation we stopped at Billy's to eat.
This place was very clean and Breonna was an Amazing server.
Breonna was so attentive and polite.
We will definitely be back soon. ❤️

I come to Poconos every so often for the nearby attractions. Typically i go to Scotrun Diner but unfortunately it is closed on Sundays. As a result and heavy traffic due to accident, we decided to find nearest place, and ended up going to Billy's Pocono Diner.

Plenty of parking. They were not too busy but took them a few min to setup a table for 9 of us.
The waitress was really nice but taking order details were so so. Didnt ask how i want the burger done. Order did come out somewhat quick.

The reason for my rating though is solely based on one item, quality/taste of the food. Unfortunately it was simply tasteless. Fries are hard, eggs are bland, burger was overdone.

on top of it, the bill was higher than expected, but since it is done by hand, i couldn't figure out what it stated or prices. one thing i was told upfront, is that i was already charged gratuity of 20%. What they didnt say and then also charged be for credit card fee on top of the entire bill.

Food was not good and expensive. Diner could use some renovation. Don’t recommend.

I have been a local frequent diner in the Poconos, passing every diner out there & will travel extra miles.. Billy's is the top for fresh , hot food, great service.. cleanest most efficient diner around. Breakfast is hot, pancakes are the best & Billy's burgers are thee best.. stop in.. cost is a little more but we'll worth it! A real diner! Great job to his staff..Yes I've been to all of them.. prices are way too high.my wife got potato skins and I got a sandwich. $ 50+ $ food was terrible, just like the owner. save your money and go up the road!

Manager so rude when we complained about meatloaf special, was horrible,rest of tables food just ok,instead of being curtios to his customer, he was a total wize ass, this place will not be here long with that attitude, waitress was a ditz also

Arrived and were only people in the entire place. We had 2 adults and a child in our party. Our waitress was polite but the food took FOREVER to arrive and had no flavor. We definitely did NOT get what we paid for there. We should have known better to go in when there was zero cars there at dinner time.

We stopped here before we started on our way home from vacation. Overall it was a good experience. The server was pleasant and quick to seat us and take our order. The food came out relatively quick and in our opinion was cooked well and flavorful. Would stop here again if we are ever in the area. It was slightly expensive for what we had which was ok since it was good.

If I could do zero stars for the person in charge I would. He openly berated his staff-he was cruel and disgusting. I feel for anyone who has to work under that man. Never going back again and would not give that man a dollar.

Very pleased with my visit. Our server was Brianna, she was very sweet, very attentive and very QUICK, and we know quick is important when it comes to food services. We got French toast, scrambled eggs , turkey bacon, turkey sausage. Food was made great, came out hot and tastes delicious. Yeah, it may be “regular diner breakfast”, but it was way better than the cold tasteless food we got from the diner up the block. As a person coming from out of town, it was nice to have friendly faces greet and serve us….only things I found wrong was the hot chocolate, which is made in a machine, it was very HOT, however, Brianna gave us some hot milk and it made it right. There was a lady with a dog and it threw my husband’s appetite off, so that’s the only thing I would change about the experience.

Parking: A lot of spots opened for parking.

Most expensive diner I've ever been to.Chicken Parm dinner for 23$, it's a diner for Christ's sake.3.50$ for a soda, don't worry refills are available at full price.I had a burger which was only 10 bucks,but to be honest we wanted a little something more than a burger.We almost walked out with sticker shock.At least the burger was good but I will never go back Consider this your warning,plenty of other places a short drive down the Rd.
