I wish I could leave zero stars one doesn’t just do it. This is without a doubt the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I needed something quick while on the road so I pulled in and got some gas and figured why not get a chicken sandwich and a hamburger. My hamburger had the most rubbery undercooked bacon that I’m amazed didn’t kill me and the chicken sandwich they gave me a patty that I would sooner believe was a month old and being used to prop up a table. When I bit into the chicken, it was the most nasty rock hard foul tasting thing. I spit it out and was absolutely disgusted if I wasn’t already 30 miles away when I took a bite You better believe I would’ve turned around and brought back. Disgusting and deplorable. It’s not hard do better.

Words cannot describe this place. It was okay 10 years ago. After Covid something happened. Either they changed ownership or couldn’t hire competent people. My wife and I came here after skiing one night. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge. There was one lady who might have been the supervisor who was just bickering at the other staff and telling them off. We put our order in, and after 15 minutes of waiting, I asked where are food was. Another 5 minutes goes by, and finally they give us our order. The burgers and fries were COLD. I never had cold food at any fast food establishment. You would have thought that you were eating the food you got yesterday and left out on the kitchen counter all night.

I came at night and asked for fresh hot food. The large man assured me that it was ho and fresh. IT WAS COLD!! I told him and he said it was hot. I went back the next afternoon to complain. Linda listened to me vent. She then gave me fast service and hot food. Linda is the best!!

I've gone here multiple times before to pick up orders that my coworkers and I place for lunch. It's usually never more than 2 orders. I've never had an issue picking up more than one at a time. I would also like to mention nobody else ever came in line the entire time I was there. Today the man at the drive thru tried to tell me that you can only pick up one at a time (I was picking up 2). I asked him if it's the same if I were to pick them up inside, he said no I would be able to pick both up inside. There's absolutely no difference of picking it up inside or drive thru, both orders are already paid for, and they weren't large orders. I didn't put up much of a hassle bc I didn't want my food messed with. But for those who haven't been to this location, the parking lot is an absolute nightmare & it's located on an extremely busy road next to 2 major on and off ramps. Making this parking lot dangerous for drivers and pedestrians. I picked up the first order and pulled around for the second, which doing on a sat at 2pm was a hassle & waste of time. The Stroudsburg location at the mall is better, they don't make up fake policies & their parking lot isn't an absolute disaster. The food wasnt even good. This location is a disappointment.
