I paid way too much to be handed an actual raw Cinabon. Cold and still doughy on top. It was a caramel covered one and the caramel was also ice cold. It was early in the morning on Mother’s Day- there were maybe two other customers in the store. The Crossings was still slow, no real crowds yet. So this was totally unacceptable. Threw it out and just won’t come back

Old lady very rude, horrible costumer service, she was very rude with my son and I was standing next to him, I want to walk out, but my son really wanted to eat some the cinnamon. I wish I called the supervisor right away
Based on my April 11, 2024 visit I will be taking our monthly Cinnabon purchase elsewhere. Here's why ... I called around 1pm to advise I would be coming around 5pm to purchase/pick up 2 minibon 15-packs ($21.99 each), the same item I've purchased since this location opened in 2019 (each month I purchase at minimum 2 packs for my employer). When I arrived at 5:05pm the cashier asked her coworkers where the bag with my order was and mentioned it was bagged and placed on the side counter. Another young woman came around the corner saying "I put it back! You can't call in orders! We have new management!" The cashier located the product to fill my order which had not yet sold while this was happening. As she was ringing me up, the cashier quietly asked when I last called in an order - I stated "last month" to which the other young woman responded "I doubt that!" She went on to say again they had new management and basically that I would need to take my chances whether they would have the multipacks I needed next month. The cashier quietly mentioned I could place a catering order through the website which, I reviewed later and noticed the almost double cost. As I straightened the minipack boxes in the bag I noticed the usual 1 additional small icing cup for each minipack were not in the bag. The young woman responded "You have to pay for those!" I was and am still stunned by the manner and tone I was spoken to by this young woman. (Neither young women were wearing name tags.)

Manager has a really nasty attitude. Don’t be mad because you have to do your job. Work on your customer service skills.
3 times in as many weeks I’ve gone to get cinnamon rolls at the Tannersville location, and all 3 times they’re out. Today I was there at 4:05 and they’re out AGAIN because “we close at 6”.Their *SIGNATURE ITEM* is always sold out. Also, the place was packed and everyone there wanted rolls. It’s not as if there isn’t a demand…I’m giving up on this place for awhile. Also, it’s a wreck in there and the counter they pass your food to you on is nasty and the credit card machine is just~yuck!

The location ran out of 4 packs and 6 packs. They said I would have to pay the individual price of $6.50 each plus tax. Instead, I bought 2 classic rolls. Kind of dry - not with the moist cinnamon center I know. Hardly any icing. Not good customer service if you can't make up a 4 pack at the discounted price. I won't be coming back.
It was veryyyyyyy Yummy 🤤

the workers are so sweet and helpful ?
My wife went here 3 weeks ago when I was in the hospital and they forgot to give her the pretzels. I called and the Manager he said come in when we can and he'll give them to us. Well, I just went today and he remembered talking to me on the phone and gave me the pretzels. He was very apologetic, great customer service.
Went in at 2pm and the entire place looks disgusting , counters were filthy, food all over the floor, they don't change their gloves between handling food and money. Would not recommend unless they clean up the place.
Very good ?
