Everything was good
Today, Saturday, April 12, 2025, I bought some coffee and donuts. The staff on duty was totally racist. I felt uncomfortable and humiliated by the two women who served us. They laughed at me for speaking Spanish. I felt that discrimination towards them was a bad experience. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

It was the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. There were 3 employees and all 3 treated me the same. Apart from paying the extra, I told her no problem, I'll pay you the extra and she comes and only pours a little and charges me for a glass of water and ice. I've never felt so humiliated as in that store. They shouldn't have employees like that, all for whipped cream and because they didn't want to work like that, that was their way. How humiliated I felt and there was no problem paying it, that was the way they treated me because in fact I paid the extra for the second time.
It looks like the consensus here is on par. I had a small order, and it was wrong. I asked for the small coffee and after waiting 20 minutes for the food. He said he didn't ring it up. The cashier actually said that I needed to get back on line to order another coffee that he forgot to ring up. I was being calm. He gave me a super attitude.
Fortunately his co worker had customer service in mind and rang me up and gave me the coffee.
Service was terrible.. took way too long to order, let alone get my drinks. Made my simple drink wrong and not a sorry or thank you. Couldn't wait to leave
I work in the mall and I swear anytime I get dunkin from this location, they never have anything. It doesn’t matter what day it is or what time, they’re always out of something. Idk who places the food order, but they need to stop under ordering. If they don’t have something, they should also be on top of taking it off online so i’m not able to mobile order it. Because now i’m stuck having no choice, but to substitute certain aspects of my order, when I could’ve just drove down the road and got what I wanted at the other dunkin. I get that they receive a lot of business, but you know you get a lot of business so why aren’t you prepared?
Quick but packed little place here in Tannersville
I recently visited Dunkin’ and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was fresh and tasted great. My donut was soft and perfectly glazed, and the coffee was brewed just right. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the store not being very busy, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took significantly longer than expected to receive my order. While they were polite and apologetic, the delay was noticeable and inconvenient, especially for a brand known for quick service.
I understand that occasional delays can happen, but improving efficiency would make the experience much better for customers, especially during busy mornings when time is crucial. Overall, the quality of the food and drinks was impressive, but the slow service dampened an otherwise positive visit. I’ll likely return because of the food, but I hope the service improves next time.

It's always so dirty inside
Unbelievable. I asked a coffee without anything and then they gave me coffee with milk. When I complained about that, one of them started yelling on me and claiming that I am yelling on them. Of course they didn’t give a new cup of coffee. Very disappointing
To small place and only two employees and both doing things instead of one being attending people had to leave
