I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese wake up wrap with a strawberry dragon fruit refresher.

My experience was average but I can tell the staff is getting overwhelmed especially being yelled at by a Karen in front of me in line for stepping away from the register to help restock the drink fridge.

Overall, it was good. My food came our correctly and drink taste great 👍

Melquan made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as soon as we walked into the store. It was very disappointing. We had to ask if the store was even open since most of the racks were empty, and when we asked out of curiosity if there were any donuts in the back, he responded with sarcastic comments that made my cousins and me feel awkward. Overall, the experience felt worse in person than it sounds here. Customer service should never make people feel uncomfortable.

I'm really sorry but this place needs some major attention, DON'T BOTHER coming in. Their cooking equipmentand facility could use some major cleaning and overall maintenance. There were food scraps all over the ovens and on the floor. The staff was also taking their sweet time with orders. You could tell they were all very young part timers like most locations are on weekends. My food was also overcooked and slightly burned. The person in front of me had gone back in for the very same reason. A corporate intervention wouldn't hurt.

I'm a doordasher. While this store is often very busy, the employees tend to take the time to keep me updated on the order, which is all that I ask if it's taking a minute. Polite and informative, and they asked clarifying questions to make sure we were all on the same page.

went to dunkin trying to get drinks and donuts. got our drinks but took 40 minutes to package 3 donuts, said they couldnt make a drink then proceeded to say they could give a refund THEN goes and says they can make it. everyone else got their orders before hand except us. service is horrible and slow.

Bad customer service . I picked up my online in the store and realized my order was missing 4 harsh brown, coffee, Bagel . I told the staff over there but he gave me an attitude. The staff gave me the rest of order except 4 harsh brown due no stock and also my coffee ( w/o no creamer). Then the staff refused me 4 harsh brown. I do not recommend to buy any food from here.

The guys working on the morning shift had a bad attitude and don’t know how give customer service. He was on the phone using earbuds and made my order wrong. I had a very bad experience last night too I arrived 20 minutes before they closed and I wanted to take latte but they refused to take my order.

I don’t know how should I react on that girl who took my order. The braces were on her who took my order. She was extremely rude and made me feel bad. I ordered hot milk for my daughter and paid her around $2.70 When I received my order glass of milk it was cold told. I simply asked her I ordered hot milk then she told me for safety concerns we won’t provide hot milk to anyone. Then I asked her so why you didn’t mention me the time when I ordered hot milk. That lady was so rude and didn’t know how to talk with customer. The way she was responding me made me to force to get refunded which apparently she did but she was keep telling me something which I feel like she hardly care about anything.
Long story in short: Dunkin management should increase pay rate to get more skilled employees not just hire people because they just care about their business not the customer who are giving them business.
