Elizabeth was our waitress and she was amazing, friendly, and prompt.. The only draw back is the owner's, she needs to hire more people to run this establishment more efficiently because I see one waitress doing it all and she (Elizabeth) was very efficient but needs help, doing the hosting and waitressing, cleaner and probably do other task like dishwasher, cleaning the bathrooms, not fare to her or the few employees . This place needs a Full staff to run it the way it should so the owner can dig in their pockets to hire more help… great place but it would be amazing with full staff!!! Thank you Elizabeth for your kind, professionalism. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!

Zion was a delight of a server. As a 9 top he didn’t miss a beat. Our food was hot, correct and on the table quickly. If anyone deserves employee of the month it’s 1000% him. We’re from out of town but would definitely come back for a book club meeting to have him as our server. Ka-Chow!

Several people waiting to be seated.. Ended up leaving because wait staff looked overwhelmed and kept telling the folk waiting that they will be with us
We sat for 20 minutes a waitress didn’t even come to take our drink order. We got up and left and went for pizza.

We had a group of 14 there today, and the service was fantastic! Our server, Amelia, was very attentive, polite, and helpful. The meal came at a very reasonable time, less than 15 minutes after ordering which was quite impressive. The food was great, our compliments to the kitchen! All in all, our experience was excellent! We highly recommend this location and Friendly’s overall.

Just generically poor experience. Food was cold. Service was slow. Mac n cheese was all clumped up. Chicken wrap was soupy. Burger was like a hockey puck.

Went to Friendly’s for the first time, and it was a disappointing experience right from the start. When we walked in, an employee who appeared to be in a managerial role looked directly at us multiple times. We made clear eye contact, stood there waiting, and were not acknowledged for several minutes. I don’t know for sure that this person was the manager, but there had to be someone on duty responsible for the front of the house, and whoever that was, the situation was not being handled well.
Anything but friendly, especially for a place literally called Friendly’s.
We came in about 35 minutes before closing. I grew up in the service industry in Florida and worked at multiple restaurants, so I understand that late arrivals can be frustrating. But that’s still business.
We were left standing there for 10 minutes before anyone said a word to us. We actually clocked it: we came in at 8:25, and it wasn’t until 8:35 that someone finally acknowledged us.
There are certain moments in a restaurant where waiting really matters. Waiting for food is normal. Waiting to be greeted is not. When people walk in, they should be acknowledged quickly—otherwise they’re left wondering whether anyone even sees them.
We kept making eye contact with staff, and it genuinely felt like they were hoping we would leave. But that’s money walking out the door. We ended up spending $30, and a family of four came in right after us—easily another $100+ table. If this happens regularly, that’s a lot of lost business over time.
If I were the owner, I would want to know how the front of the house was being run on December 21st, 2025, because the customer experience was not being managed effectively.
I watch Kitchen Nightmares, and this is exactly the kind of thing Gordon Ramsay would lose his mind over.
The same employee then spoke with the family of four and seemed confused about how many people were in their party. There was no warmth—no “Welcome to Friendly’s,” no “How are you doing tonight?” Just a flat acknowledgment and straight to seating.
Not friendly at all.

Our server Zion was phenomenal. He took care of 8 adults and 7 children flawlessly. Very kind and memorized the whole order without writing it down.

Hospitality was incredible!! From the hostess to the waiters! AAA++++ across the board. Haven’t been to friendlies in years but will now make this restaurant a top consideration when going out as a family.
