Waited for almost 10 minutes while we kept getting looked at and ignored. To then be told it will be a few more minutes and instead of seating us they continued to talk and left us there. It’s ok me and my family walked out and spent our money where it was appreciated. If a manager reads this it was the biggest lady there.

Only getting one star because I have to rate. We walked in for lunch and were told “we’ll be with you in one minute.” My husband walked in and then the woman began to ignore us, when she saw us clearly agitated she said, angrily, “it’s gonna be a few minutes.” We go here all the time and never have issues but homegirl clearly saw my black husband and didn’t want to seat us. We waited patiently for 5 more minutes to continue to be ignored.
If friendlys wants to know why they have to keep closing stores it’s because of people like these who refuse paying costumers in an empty restaurant rather than acting like a human and providing decent service to the few who want to eat there.

A welcome respite to the overpriced resort options at Camelback. Friendly's was always a favorite at home, but they all closed down. I was excited and pleased with seeing it while vacationing here. It was also the cheapest meal we had in the area with better quality then the the overpriced powdered eggs we had at Horizons.

Ahhh... they keep changing the food and recipes! Disappointing, but still a nice place to go. Little costly though, when a basket of chicken fingers and fries cost $18.

Seemed like very low staffing, but they treated our family like it was full. Great food and wonderful service

Food was ok service was sub par and that's being generous. I would cut the waitress some slack if they were busy, but they weren't.

We were told they just had to clear a table for us and they would seat us. We stood there for a good 10 minutes. During that time, a tour bus pulled in and the girl started setting tables for the bus and still hadn't come back to help us so we left. There were two other people that came in after us who were told they'd be right with them. They still hadn't been helped when we left. Another lady came in to pick up her takeout order and said she had to wait 10 minutes just to place it.

If could do 1 I would hold. Never had a bad experience till this one. Wait staff said was sort staff, be 15 mins for table. Waited almost hour to be seated, then took half hr for food, by time got refill on drink, we were done with food. Very dirty, had food under table and on seats (when we showed up 10 mins after they opened). Gave us breakfast menu n lunch menu, but by time got a table, they said breakfast was done... saw more staff standing gossiping than handling the dinner
