Often times, these smaller road side food stands go unnoticed because the franchised fast food places are dotted everywhere. After a long day at the Crossings, we saw the long line and decided to give it a go. Something quick and familiar, we ordered an 8” cheesesteak that sign mentioned a 1/2 pound of meat, $9.25. A cheeseburger on seeded roll with ketchup, $5.25. And added a bundle of great French fries with a fountain drink, refillable, $4.99. What’s not to love? ❤️ The young gal at the window with the big smile, Nakayla, was pleasant and friendly. Right off of Route 611 in Tannersville, pull in, order, eat and pull out. Take a seat at the multiple wooden picnic tables along business and even a wooden ship play spot for the kiddos.
Hidden gem. Burger was delicious and chile cheese fries perfect. The fries were crunchy due to the fact that the chile was so hardy and flavorful instead of watery like you get at a lot places nowadays. Tried the Cookie Monster ice cream on a whim and it was strangely satisfying. The small playground with the pirate ship and castle tower kept the kid busy while I ate which is always a blessing. Not much to look at from the outside but my hat’s off to the owner. Can tell they really take pride in this place
Really good ice cream & old fashioned retro vibe!!!
Not a big ice cream fan any more, so maybe this review is slanted. Second place I have gotten a chili dog swimming in bean chili like a paper and bread bowl. Hot dog chili is meat chili applied as a condiment, not bean soup as the main course. Got a medium cone at the same time and it immediately started running down the sides and inside until my thumb went through the cone. Got a dish then, but my enthusiasm for the whole enterprise was getting thin by then, so when the dog arrived, I ate the meat and threw everything else away.
Pricey, slow and ice cream/milk shakes just ok
Awesome! Very nice people very good service and the ice cream is very creamy and fresh and tasty. I hope to go back.
Place has great ice cream selection food is decent and affordable
Love coming here with my family for dinner then ice cream. Food is always fresh and they offer refills. For the location being on such a busy road they are very reasonably priced. They have a playground for kids to play in while you wait for your food. I definitely recommend it for families.
Stopped here after a hike. Has a playground, covered picnic tables and a single bathroom. Prices are reasonable, and the ice cream was tasty
Expensive and nothing extraordinary. Ice cream is good though.

Good ice cream. Friendly service. Outdoor seating, some in shade. Play area for children. Price sign was incorrect. Good location. Long term business.
Ice cream was fantastic! I got the cookie monster in a medium size, and definitely feel like for the complexity of the ice cream, that I got my money's worth. I wouldn't expect good service if you come here though, as the (I assume teenage) staff seems to be unbothered about giving service of any quality. I'm not detracting any points though, as you aren't really coming to an ice cream stand for service in my opinion. Would definitely recommend!
Extremely cute little ice cream shop. The kids cones were $2.50 and HUGE! The small was $3.99 and so big I could barely finish it. They have picnic tables and a playground.
Very retro! Very classic! Excellent customer service, my 4yo dropped her hotdogs and they replaced it for her. The ice creams were amazing, milkshakes so smooth , and the churros were hot and fresh. 10/10 on everything.
Cute little ice cream shop. Lots of options. And sizes are grand 🤩
