We went for Thanksgiving. The buffet was good and had all the basics for the holiday you might expect. Could be a little more creative with the dishes. Kid friendly

We had breakfast at Hemisphere in Camelback Poconos, and the experience was very disappointing. The servers were rushing us the entire time. One server even came to my table and asked, “Will you eat more or should I take your plate?” — which is not something you expect to hear at a buffet. While I was still waiting in the egg station line, my plates and coffee were cleared away as if I was finished. I only ended up spending about 20 minutes in the restaurant, most of it just waiting rather than eating.

To make things worse, when the bill came, there was an automatic 18% tip added, and when I questioned it, the server told me “our computer automatically adds it.” That left a very bad impression, especially since the service was rushed and unwelcoming.

We were here during Labor Day weekend for breakfast throughout our stay. Chrystal and Lee were such excellent hosts!! I was with my family, with several kids who had food allergies, and they were so mindful and accommodating for them. The staff was also helpful in pointing out which foods had dairy, nuts, and gluten. It's always hard to eat out with kids hat have food allergies. I am grateful that Hemispheres took it very seriously. Save yourself the headache and just have breakfast here 👍

Also, there were many fantastic options, and it was easy and convenient to get seating. Thanks again!! 💯

The buffet is wildly overpriced and unless you have a family with huge appetites your better off finding someplace else to eat. Food selection was high, but food was Luke warm including the coffee. I got the $90 bill for breakfast for a family of 3 and almost passed out!! Never again!

We were very happy with our breakfast at Hemispheres. The buffet had everything we could imagine and the service was really great. Our waitress, Crystal, was so attentive and kind to my sister in law and I. She went above and beyond to make our experience an enjoyable one. We liked her so much that we asked to sit in her section on the second day of our trip! When she saw we were coming in to be seated, she even had my coffee ready for me just how I like it! She really made our experience truly amazing and special.

The food was nice and the service was also very nice whenever we ran out of water they would fill on more. The atmosphere was also nice just some little paper and stuff on the floor besides that it’s nice I recommend going.

What happened to this place? The buffet used to have a large selection and now it’s barely a buffet. The first thing I tried was the carrots and broccoli and the carrots were still raw. So sad that we won’t ever return.

We ate here Friday night. The food tasted liked it was frozen dinners. Some of it had no taste at all. Definitely not worth the money. The empties of the restaurant speaks volumes. Our waiter was attentive. But otherwise I would never go back.

The staff was amazing, the food was fresh and plentiful. They have smoothies included in the breakfast which was nice. The omelet station was great. It was loud but it is in a resort lobby , filled with children and people having fun at the Waterpark, so good noise joy.

The 3 of us were seated right away
We all enjoyed the food
1 glass of water,1 coffee & 1 tea
a couple of dirty plates taken away so far so good get my bill I was surprised there was a 18% gratuity added
I always tip & tip well but don't make me have to
So I asked our service person do you actually get this the server paused & seem like the server didn't want to answer the question but then said yes it gets split between all of them, but I'm thinking not so much
This shouldn't be split between everyone working the room the buffet cooks, hostess etc etc
If I go back I will insist the gratuity be taken off & I will tip my server my self
From all your reviews this seems to be more the issue not the food not the service but adding this ridiculous amount of 18% for 3 drinks & clearing 6 dirty plates

Not going to get into the very negative slamming over the food. The breakfast buffet was good to me and adequate. The huge beef I have is the 18% gratuity added without any notice or warning. Don't mistake me for a cheapskate. I'm glad to tip when service is good. There was three of us. Three breakfast buffets. We got three drinks and our plates were taken away. I don't even know if this is legal. It sounds like they are to cheap to pay their own help. If I don't have a choice but to pay it, it's not a tip. IT A CHARGE. I wonder how the taxes are done at Camelback. That's alot of money over 365 days times all their customers. Could possibly be tax evasion. Someone should contact the IRS to double check that. This business practice is only going to leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth. Even customers that were happy with everything. PEOPLE DOE NOT LIKE TO BE HUSTLED OUT OF THERE MONEY. I always tip even when it isn't deserved. HOWEVER, I DON'T LIKE MY MONEY BEING TAKEN FROM ME AT GUNPOINT. The internet is not a lawyer but what I could fine says..... it isn't legal unless it is stated in plain view or you were notified in advance. I didn't see a sign and was not told in advance. There is just nothing good about this practice. You will continue to get bad reviews over this. Even if they don't mention it, they will leave disgusted over it . Think about this... people come . Love the food. Love the service. Love the atmosphere. A 5 star review is coming.... AND THEN....... they get held up at GUNPOINT. They were going to leave a tip anyway. THEY JUST DONT LIKE BEING TAKEN BY FORCE.

Worst and most expensive breakfast buffet ever, then they automatically charge 18% for tip for the girl to get you a glass of water

Food was good but the price was too high for breakfast
