How are you guys still in business. We come in. And half of what we want, there out of stock from. Which was chili, onion rings and tater tots.

So we leave. Then come back cuz hey, they have fries so that should be fine.

We ordered two burgers. Both burgers had no onions, relish, pickles, and lettuce. I go up and tell them that, “we ran out of all of that”. I go back and talk about it with my wife. And all I can hear is the cashier talking ish like my request was soooooo unheard of. I’m sorry lady, but it makes sense to not be satisfied over your meal missing every possible topping. But hey, at least they had the bread that day.

Do not go there.

It's at the Outlet Mall so yes, it is a little small and not like your typical sit down Johnny Rockets but the food is good and the staff was very polite and professional.

I would come here again if I was shopping the outlets.

Really bad Johnny Rockets. No available sides, no napkins in the dispenser, no bathroom and rung up my simple order incorrectly. Food was mid and service was practically non existent. Talking about customers behind their backs after they walk out is extremely unprofessional. Your team needs to get it together and the management needs to be fired. Avoid this place like the plague.

The food was pretty good. One girl up front deserves 4 stars, the others shouldn't be working there. A lot of drama with the kids up front taking your orders. Snotty attitudes and cant be bothered. The people preparing food in the back are on point.

I ordered tap water to drink and they charged me 3.99 . However it’s illegal to charge for tap water . The one at the register was not helpful at all and when we told her she said yes we charged you for water and ran away to the back. There was a nicer young lady who said we have to charge for water here . I told her I’m not paying 4 dollars for tap water please give me something else . She filled my cup with soda / the food was good and tasty .
In many places, especially licensed premises like pubs and restaurants, it's illegal to charge for tap water. While there isn't a universal law requiring free tap water everywhere, many jurisdictions mandate it for establishments serving alcohol. If a business provides filtered water, they may charge for that service, but not for basic tap water.

Thos was not what I had expected. I asked for chocolate milk shake and they had none, I asked for vinegar and they had none, I asked for relish for my hot dog and they had none. I asked for bottled water and they had none along with starry mist soda. I asked if they cooked with latex gloves and she looked at me like I had 5 heads. Im allergic to latex so I make sure this doesn't happen. Not a good experience at all.

76 dollars and no milkshake. Watch a worker with milkshake. After hearing they aren’t available. Service worker pregnant and bored. Can’t even use the bathroom, but have to piss elsewhere!

Well my friends, this is a poor representation of the Johnny Rocket restaurant. When I walked in, there were 4 teenagers at one register. The girls at the register were busy flirting with the boys. I went to ask a question about the order and a teenage boy told me to sit down and the order would be brought to me. I told him that wasn’t my question.
I do have to give a shout out to one young lady with glasses that was doing all the work and was very nice and helpful. My advice to the manager is to step up his game. He needs to be in front and manage. Plus he needs to train his workers what high quality customer service looks like.

After getting past the language barrier, ordering was a difficult process. The sandwich portion of the order was easy with no miscommunication. Next, we requested french fries only to find out that they were out and awaiting a shipment at 1 PM ON Tuesday afternoon. Their upsell option was onion rings for $2 more per order and with every penny. Finally the drinks. They were out of tea due to no truck. So a milk shake was ordered and paid. We sat down at the table and the cashier came over to inform me that no milk shakes due to the truck not arriving yet. she offered a bottle of tea and then asked about a price differential refund which was due and owing, Only the manager could open the drawer and.offer a refund according to the cashier. The alleged manager was to be arrive at the store 2 minutes. We sat and ate waiting for the manager to appear. The manager never appeared, but other people's sakes did. I don't recommend this place due to its customer service or ethics.
