They had no chili for the fries , shakes are ok if you want crappy soft serve in a cup. Service is questionable.

Says open at 11:00 walked in at noon to no one and then a lady in the back says they aren’t open yet and when we asked when they open we didn’t get a response.

It took 10 minutes to place the order, 20 minutes to receive the order and the burger was inedible and the fries were scorched and covered in old oil.

Slow motion service, unprofessional staff

How are you guys still in business. We come in. And half of what we want, there out of stock from. Which was chili, onion rings and tater tots.

So we leave. Then come back cuz hey, they have fries so that should be fine.

We ordered two burgers. Both burgers had no onions, relish, pickles, and lettuce. I go up and tell them that, “we ran out of all of that”. I go back and talk about it with my wife. And all I can hear is the cashier talking ish like my request was soooooo unheard of. I’m sorry lady, but it makes sense to not be satisfied over your meal missing every possible topping. But hey, at least they had the bread that day.

Do not go there.

Out of everything, rude staff, did not get what ordered, bathroom closed to customers. Will never come back again.

It's at the Outlet Mall so yes, it is a little small and not like your typical sit down Johnny Rockets but the food is good and the staff was very polite and professional.

I would come here again if I was shopping the outlets.

Really bad Johnny Rockets. No available sides, no napkins in the dispenser, no bathroom and rung up my simple order incorrectly. Food was mid and service was practically non existent. Talking about customers behind their backs after they walk out is extremely unprofessional. Your team needs to get it together and the management needs to be fired. Avoid this place like the plague.

The food was pretty good. One girl up front deserves 4 stars, the others shouldn't be working there. A lot of drama with the kids up front taking your orders. Snotty attitudes and cant be bothered. The people preparing food in the back are on point.
