After getting past the language barrier, ordering was a difficult process. The sandwich portion of the order was easy with no miscommunication. Next, we requested french fries only to find out that they were out and awaiting a shipment at 1 PM ON Tuesday afternoon. Their upsell option was onion rings for $2 more per order and with every penny. Finally the drinks. They were out of tea due to no truck. So a milk shake was ordered and paid. We sat down at the table and the cashier came over to inform me that no milk shakes due to the truck not arriving yet. she offered a bottle of tea and then asked about a price differential refund which was due and owing, Only the manager could open the drawer and.offer a refund according to the cashier. The alleged manager was to be arrive at the store 2 minutes. We sat and ate waiting for the manager to appear. The manager never appeared, but other people's sakes did. I don't recommend this place due to its customer service or ethics.

Yall should just close at this point. 2 days no employees closed and it was 1115

This place is closed at 4pm on a Wednesday. Please update hours or alert Google that this business could not stay open in an outlet mall 2 miles from a tourist attraction

I would seriously give it no stars.
We ended up not even eating here.
Upon walking in, it was a ghost town only to be greeted buy a gentleman telling us what they didn't have. We were still going to give it a shot but after a long ride I needed a bathroom, which they also didn't have.
There is a sign up needing staff, but I'm unsure of for what? They have minimal food and no customers 🤷‍♀️

The worst place I ever been, the cook walk out the door and never come back , the most delusional place I ever seen , everyone was standing and wondering, except the cashier there was no one .

I was at Johnny Rockets on December 23, 2024, at 3 PM, and I was impressed by the server who works as if she were two or three people, all while being polite and kind. The food is okay, but the kids’ menu doesn’t include juice or any other appropriate drink—only soda. The server deserves praise, but the restaurant management has a lot of room for improvement.
