Johnny Rockets

I was at Johnny Rockets on December 23, 2024, at 3 PM, and I was impressed by the server who works as if she were two or three people, all while being polite and kind. The food is okay, but the kids’ menu doesn’t include juice or any other appropriate drink—only soda. The server deserves praise, but the restaurant management has a lot of room for improvement.

This restaurant was so far below the grade level available. Negative rating should be given. NO SHAKES, NO CHILI FRIES, NO ICE. This restaurant was so bad. Highly priced for mediocre food. The burger i got the lettuce that was given was the hard curvy part of a lettuce. I guess they were lazy to cut good leaf lettuce. No ice on our soda at all. Room temp. No chili fries ? Isnt this a staple food for Johnny Rockets?? I asked for specific things to be removed from burger. Its like Carley didnt listen.
Carley is something else as well. She is rude, bitter and no customer service at all. It looked like she was bothered to the cashier. We were about to leave it was just about to turn 5 when new customers came in and they told them the store was closed. When the sign says Sundays close at 6? So im confused. They are in a hurry to close thats why they do such poorly work. This employees that were in this shift cause people to not come back to this location. Management should have a talk with them especially Carley. She overall should look for another line of work. Dont come here, not worth your time or money. Go somewhere else. This restaurant is horrible.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this place was not good. No fries or tots available. The burgers and sweet potato fries were mediocre as well as pricey. The cashier/server was definitely high or something else. They also only had a few of their many tables open to sit in, making it hard for my husband and I who had a baby in a stroller.

ZERO WAS NOT AVAILABLE. This place refuse to give me another burger After they made it wrong under cooked(they couldn't cook it anymore they said) CASHIER WOULD NOT CRACK I SMILE!! $40 WASTED!!

I've been to a few johnny rockets. This particular location seems understaffed and unfriendly which is unfortunate considering it's such a prime location within the mall. Seats inside were closed and staff seemed to dread working. Cashier was drinking soda while taking orders, was super enthusiastic (enter sarcasm). It's customary to hand a card back to a customer not toss it on the counter. Just the overall morale is very down. Sad really, we came to visit with a family of 13 and just wanted to sit eat and talk while waiting for our time at mini golf down the street.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST BURGER IVE EVER HAD!!!!!!! Very delicious. I got the original burger but it taste better than any burger i’ve ever had! the fries are great too and the onion rings were so crispy i loved it! had to get a to go box because it was too good! I definitely recommend if you’re in the area??? i even went twice because of how good it is. not much space inside unfortunately

Don’t listen to the signs out front. They said they open at 11:00. Waited around and decided to leave for another store came back at 12:00 and still closed. Staff was inside just saying they weren’t open.

Went here with the family for dinner and ordered the Route 66 burger, chili, and chicken tenders. The food was decent enough for the price. The restaurant itself is very tiny with only a few tables. The staff was friendly and delivered the food to us. Definitely not what I remembered in my childhood.

We ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks. I then went back and asked for a small cup for water for my 1 year old (I had already bought a bottle). They said they don't do that and if I wanted to I could buy another bottle... I can't understand why they can't give an extra cup for me to pour in the water I already paid for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very very unfriendly staff, burgers were overcooked. Took our tray of trash inside and employees stated at us without really offering help. Staff needs serious training and so do the chefs. Avoid this place.

Food service was terrible and there is seating to eat your meal yet ZERO bathroom closes one is 400meters away. No bathroom , servings of food terrible also fires had no flavor.
