The store has always been clean, and the staff have always been accommodating to any special requests we've made to the sandwiches. They are always friendly, helpful, and answer our questions. I personally have never had an issue with long wait times, but I have not had to wait for more than two subs without ordering ahead on DoorDash first. The sandwich bread is thicker than most sub shops around here, which is a personal preference.
