This was one of the worst cheesteaks that I've ever had. I understand that they were semi busy but parts of the meat were burnt. Those pieces made the entire hoagie terrible. I've gotten hoagies from here before but I don't think that I will be back. I've been going to Nicks Big Belly and they are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately they are closed on Sunday.

So I was told this was good, and I saw signage that said #1 sandwich shop in the US. Sorry have to disagree there, it was fresh and the sub was put together well. I liked that they had different options for Italian such as spicy or smoked, but I was severely disappointed in the small amount of lettuce and tomato. I almost went to ask for more but, it had already taken a while to get my sandwich, and there was a line. Also, while the bread was fresh, I felt that it was too hard and crusty for a deli sandwich. I can see how it would be really good for a meatball sub where the sauce would soak in and soften up the bread. So it was good, but I wasn't amazed, and I only tried one thing on the menu.

Ordered 2 hoagies at 10 am, arrived on time for pickup at 1030, waited an additional 40 minutes while they prepared a large catering order for someone else. Obviously time management is an issue. 3 stars only because I like the subs, but there's never a good excuse for any business to take an hour and 10 minutes to prepare 2 sandwiches that should take not even 5 minutes to put together.

Really shouldn't allow a pick up time at 10:20am if you can't actually meet that time frame to pick up. We ordered for a work function 2 trays of sandwiches and 2 trays of cookies. Got there at 10:35 allowing for some extra time and was told to allow 15-20 more minutes because they only opened at 10am. So an extra 40 minutes from the time we picked online. No napkins, no plates, no sides like it says on the menu either.

Outstanding Philly style cheese steak in friendly, family environment. They gave me a military discount and did not ask for it. (Yes I served). The food was hot, fresh, and cooked to order, and inexpensive.
Highly recommended.

Clean and quiet, friendly staff and the subs are great. Had a classic Italian sub and the Big T Diablo. The Diablo subs have a great kick to them highly recommend for anyone that likes some spice.

Their choice of cold cuts is fantastic. The spicy capicola itself is lovely. I highly recommend the "Big t Diablo" sub. Only comment I have that isn't positive is that I wish for the price the subs were larger (wider technically) . Everything was pretty fresh & their selections are different than your average sub shop. They also offer tortellini salad, assorted pasta salads and fresh mozzarella like an Italian market.

I’d like to give props to PrimoHoagies in Tannersville, PA, who makes some great Italian sandwiches! The owner Ronnie has that pride of ownership that you can just tell before you even talk to him. Old school work ethic and fantastic food! We’ll be back!!! Here I am here with my 90-year-old Italian mother - and you can tell she loves her hot meatball sandwich!! Thanks to Ronnie and your great staff. If you’re anywhere on Route 611 south of I-80 - get your sandwich here.
Say cheese! Again!!! lol
Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are nicely spread out. And you can move them around a little bit.

Simply the best Italian hoagies on Planet Earth!
A little pricey but the sandwiches are made from high quality ingredients that your stomach (and body) will love!
Imagine, 'fast food' that's actually good for you. Well, you can get it here!
Parking: It's a shopping mall. What can I say!

This would be 3.5 if I was allowed to give that. I had 2 trips to Primo’s in Tannersville, PA. Both times the service was friendly but both times the service was slow. It’s a very new business so the inside is brand new. Bright and clean.
I saw cooper sharp as an option my first time in (and I knew they used Liscio’s rolls) and went with a cheesesteak. This was a mistake. The steaks texture was odd and they just melted the cheese over the top of it. Nowhere near enough cheese and it wasn’t mixed in at all. I won’t be getting a cheesesteak from a Primos again.
Got the Italian the second time. This is a very good sandwich. Thumann’s meats on that Liscio’s roll. Lettuce was shredded nicely and not brown in any areas. I get oil/vinegar and mayo…always have always will…and it was quite good. This sandwich and a turkey sandwich did take 20 mins to get though, with no other orders in the building. I peeked around the corner once and the employees were just sitting down with a half made sandwich on the cutting board. No bueno.
Primos didn’t suck, but the service needs to get better for sure.
