Incredibly rude cashier claimed to be working here at a pizza shop for 4 years got into a large argument where she insulted me and my children. What’s started this? I was waiting at the counter for a few minutes without being greeted . A kind lady from the back came out and tried to get the cashier to help me, and she lied and said we had just gotten to the front . When I said, “no in fact we have been here for a few minutes” she started screaming and arguing. The other staff seemed afraid and as though they are used to her behavior. She had absolutely no regard for any possible repercussions for her behavior and it was an embarrassment.
DO NOT GO HERE.

My recent experience at Romano's Pizza was disappointing. The staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked for clarification on the menu, and to make matters worse, they got my order wrong. I specifically requested roasted peppers as a topping, but received green peppers instead, which negatively impacted my overall experience

One of the best cheesesteaks I have ever had time after time comes from a place called "Romano’s Pizza at the Crossings in Tannersville.
The combination of a juicy beef, melted cheese, fresh onions and a soft bun will have you feeling like you’ve crossed over into another realm of flavor.

I didn’t realize until after I paid that the girl is combative and hostile, and also that the guy and girl are in a relationship and cuddling and kissing while food takes 30 minutes to get made. I wouldn’t have ordered food from people who are eating the food and cuddling and kissing at work all day and not washing their hands

Just ate at the “Food Court” (all of 5-6 restaurants in there) at the Outlets in Tannersville,PA. In a nutshell, cleanliness and overall presentation is an issue across the board, but we chose Romanos Pizza thinking it to be a safe bet. The guy who took our order also worked the grill- no gloves, had hangin curly hair with no hairnet and a terrible attitude. The girl making the pizza was who was also miserable, kept picking up her cell phone in between handling the dough, stretching it out and making the pizza. Never did she wash her hands in between .THEN, she also worked the register, handled the credit card machine, then her cell phone again, no gloves even, then went right back to making pizza (hands in the cheese too!). Still, no hand washing. The only saving grace, I hope, is the oven temp kills anything that could be transferred. My husband’s fries and cheesesteak took almost 20 minutes and others that came right behind us with kids were also patiently waiting for their tenders and fries. I know getting help is hard, but cleanliness should not be negotiable. We will never be eating at this place or any other of these again. Whoever owns this one, you should train your employees to be more sanitary. (And a little more pleasant)

My daughter went to order twice and a guy with a ponttail was on his phone instead of serving customers then another girl came out and my daughter came and got me for the second time cause the girl was then on her phone.People standing there not serving anyone why people are waiting for food.
