Lady at the counter with the bun was extremely rude to me. I feel extremely bad for patrons who get this type of treatment. I shop at this mall all the time and would never go back here.

Waited in line (was the only person there behind a group that had already ordered). Several workers looked me dead in the eye and just ignored me. After maybe almost ten minutes, I walked away. My wife then decided to go and get slices despite my warning. Said the woman was rude and accused her of snatching the receipt, shouted at her and then had to wait 15 minutes for two slices of $5 plain. I then watched them drive away at least two more customers during my time at the food court. This place does not seem to like customers or money.

Absolute worst food experience ever. The girls are extremely rude, there is no customer service. After asking about our food 3 times we were given the wrong food, we ordered hoagies and were given wraps. Will never go here again.

The person working at this establishment was incredibly rude. We were waiting for our food and they were telling us they were stressed out by our waiting. The customer service was horrible and so was the food. Deepy disappointed in this place. Would not recommend anyone choosing this place

Incredibly rude cashier claimed to be working here at a pizza shop for 4 years got into a large argument where she insulted me and my children. What’s started this? I was waiting at the counter for a few minutes without being greeted . A kind lady from the back came out and tried to get the cashier to help me, and she lied and said we had just gotten to the front . When I said, “no in fact we have been here for a few minutes” she started screaming and arguing. The other staff seemed afraid and as though they are used to her behavior. She had absolutely no regard for any possible repercussions for her behavior and it was an embarrassment.
DO NOT GO HERE.

My recent experience at Romano's Pizza was disappointing. The staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked for clarification on the menu, and to make matters worse, they got my order wrong. I specifically requested roasted peppers as a topping, but received green peppers instead, which negatively impacted my overall experience
Restaurant staff were just busy narrating their own stories to each other. They are least interested in sales. I have never seen pizzas in such a bad condition. Super unclean pizza store along with the food court.

One of the best cheesesteaks I have ever had time after time comes from a place called "Romano’s Pizza at the Crossings in Tannersville.
The combination of a juicy beef, melted cheese, fresh onions and a soft bun will have you feeling like you’ve crossed over into another realm of flavor.

I didn’t realize until after I paid that the girl is combative and hostile, and also that the guy and girl are in a relationship and cuddling and kissing while food takes 30 minutes to get made. I wouldn’t have ordered food from people who are eating the food and cuddling and kissing at work all day and not washing their hands
