So glad to found this gems!! The black garlic ramen was a bomb! Ramen wa Oishii desu!!
It’s so rare to find ramen with a rich flavor to the perfection! My family had spicy tonkotsu which was delicious too. And their cheesecake was good. On top of that, the staff were so nice. What an amazing experience. We’re definitely will come again next time when we come to visit Pocono again.

I recently visited a Shinjiru, and it exceeded all my expectations. The broth was rich, complex, and packed with umami – the perfect balance of savory and subtle sweetness. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chew, and tasted incredibly fresh. Each topping was thoughtfully chosen and prepared, from the tender, melt-in-your-mouth chicken katsu to the fresh green onions and perfectly marinated egg with a creamy yolk center. Everything about this restaurant was amazing! The food was so delicious, and the portion size was huge for the price which is so rare for places now; the staff was super friendly and attentive without being overbearing; the restaurant itself was such a good vibe, fun music that wasn't too loud and SO CLEAN!!! 10/10, can't wait to go back for more☺️
