Our waitress was great, very friendly and attentive. The food was served quickly and hot. My risotto was a little salty but good portion size. Great place for a family dinner or a night out with friends!

The concierge was pleasant and try to be helpful with us and our situation. The waiter Isiah was very nice and informative of what was best. The Valentine's drink was very good. The two biscuits were fresh and the fried oysters but that is where it ends. We had a reservation for 6:45 no clams We got our main course at 8;15 pm after we said we were leaving. We took our food home and did pay. Only because I didn't want to cause a commotion. There were two large parties

Terrible service snow balled into very average (at best) food. Took 30 min to get our drinks (from order). Took 50 min to get our food (from order). Our second round of drinks never made it. Waiter had zero skill and completely obvious to his surroundings to the point that I question if he were under the influence of something. Manager was arrogant and dismissive. I should have left after waiting 10 min for the server to arrive upon of seating down. I also should have know better than to eat seafood at a dumpy mountain town restaurant.

My daughter loves shrimp and I brought her here for her birthday. She had both fried and tempura shrimp and loved both. I got 2lbs. of crab legs and they were cooked perfectly. The manager stopped by the table, which is always a good sign. Also, our waitress Alex was professional and courteous. I've ordered lots of dishes here and enjoyed them all, but I've never traveled off the seafood side of the menu (because that's not what to get at a seafood restaurant). We finished our lunch with creme brulee, which was perfect. Last, the bathrooms are always clean.

The quality of the food was definitely questionable. The coconut shrimp that is $13, you only get 4 and the sauce with it is tasty but the size is and quantity is disappointing. The calamari is not high quality for a place that specializes in fish but once again the sauce is fairly good, but I've had the same quality sauce from Walmart. I ordered the 14oz Ribeye steak and it was a nice steak but it had no flavor or char. The fruit salad was soggy and soiled. The side of pasta marinara was also soggy, not flavorful & disappointing as well. My father's steak was over cooked and had no juicy contents at all. The crab cakes were very soggy and also lacked flavor. The potatoes tastes instant. And the portions were disappointing, especially for the quality. I feel the only time it is reasonable to serve small servings is when the flavor profile is high quality. Gordon Ramsey would tear this place to shreds. In addition, the waitress was friendly and training someone, but was not quite attentive to every need we had. I travel often around America and the experience and food was disappointing. I'd rather go to Red Lobster next time. Also after the first basket of tiny rolls, it's upcharged. Also, I have worked in food service my whole working life, so I'm not being unfair either.

It's always above average here. I come here often. I enjoy the food here. Most of the service is 10/10. However I've been here over 25 times and can say at least 2 times I was forgotten after being seated, and one time didn't get past the drinks for 40 minutes. The counter: when the service is good, it's really good, and they are wonderful. But the few times it's not so great could ruin a wonderful place to come.
Wow! Decided to stop here and do glad we did ! We live in Bergen county nj , and usually ride up to Poconos a few times a month, this place and the waitress Alex , was great ! Best lobster roll I've had and I've had many! I.do a lot of reviews and photos on Google maps over one and a half million ! And I think this place is the best ! Coming back next week!
