I wish I read the reviews before placing my order for three hungry children. It took over 30 minutes to receive our food. Placed order at the bar. Gratuity was automatically included (this was for takeout).
Food was good - tenders, burger, hot dogs. Fries very crispy and tasty. Philly cheesesteak average/dry. Food quality was not worth the exceptionally long wait.
Go to self serve area (I didn't know Abt this) and pick up your food. Save yourself on gratuity also.

There were 2 bartenders handling the food and drink orders on 6/23/2024. They were busy but I understood. I patiently waited for my turn for about 20 minutes. When you're waiting 20 minutes, you know who was waiting ahead of you and who was after you. Well, a few guys stepped to the bar and they were served right away. I griped to this other guy (who was patiently waiting longer than me) to say "that was crazy". The other guy agreed, and the bartender shouts out "it happens". That guy and another family left. My family left as well. I stuck around to give the bartender my feedback, that their job is to also observe customers who have been waiting and to serve the customers in order. The older bartender said the other bartender was new, but I told her I saw her direct the new bartender to serve those guys. Her response to that was by talking to me, she's not serving others. Anyway, that older bartender is terrible. Don't bother going to this place. Where time is limited in the waterpark, don't waste your time waiting for service at this place.

Setting new levels of ballsy for overpriced ski mountain drinks. 2 shots Jameson, 1 Yuengling porter, and 1 coca-cola. FIFTY-SIX DOLLARS. Shameless and disgusting.

Came here for a few drinks and food today 7/29/20230 @ 1:30pm and Maria was absolutely disgusting. Her attitude, her tone, the way she acted toward paying costumers was absolutely horrific! We then ask for a receipt on the stuff we had ordered and she kept giving us excuses on how she couldn’t print it out for us. She then proceeds to tell her coworker about us and they both stop stare. Very unprofessional.

Maria is the best! My fiance and I look for her each time we go. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and offers the best service. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a quick visit with Maria while out on the slopes.

One of my party was practically insulted by one of the bartenders/servers. He had ordered mac and cheese and almost 30 minutes had gone by, so he asked one of the servers what the situation was, and she replied with an unpleasant attitude, "I'm not your server, I just got here." Following that, the other server told him "it'll be out in a few minutes" with no explanation or apology whatsoever. It's pretty obvious to me that these servers don't care in the slightest about customer service since they get an automatic 18% tip. The food was definitely not worth the pricing, and the service was abismal. BEWARE.

Sexy service. Overpriced food that's not so great. They know they can bend you over and get you on pricing since it's the nearest place for alcohol.
Worst service and meal every. Hard bread, really bad pizza., and expensive beer. I wouldn’t go there again.

Got the nachos with chicken added. I was starving and crushed the dish by myself. It came in a huge bowl with plenty of chips which looked and tasted freshly fried which was nice. I could tell everything else was out of a can, but being one of the cheapest menu items, I didn't expect too much. Definitely the meal for anyone looking for something to fill you up for a good price at a mountain resort! I could tell they just dice up some fried chicken tendies for the nachos but it was actually delicious!

Poor service!!! Don't bother going in for a drink if you are a woman. Went in here on Thursday afternoon on 8/11 around 2p.m. the place was almost empty, went to the bar where there was an older woman/ blonde bartender who completely ignored me. I stood right in front of her and while waiting for her to take the payment from the person sitting right next to me, I witnessed her the bartender being nasty to a 11yr old boy who asked her when she thought his order would be ready...she responds "I don't know, it comes out when it comes out" I was shocked. After she takes the payment she doesn't acknowledge me and walks over to a gentleman who had just walked in and attends to him. I then walked back to the end of the bar and stood again next to the customer she was servicing and two men came in and she attends to them. I then say excuse me I've been waiting here a while and not only did she not apologize she responded rudely. I will never go in there again and based on other reviews I wish I would've read them before going in!
