When I pass PA 611 highway always stop by this Clean, quite Wendy’s . This time I visit at the morning( they open at 6:00AM ) Grab 2for $3 sausages cheese muffins, fresh and warm, can’t beat the value.

It’s like almost every morning the same nonsense. Their work skills are so below average even the team leader or manager is subpar. They don’t understand what it means to be in fast food nor do they have good work ethic. Literally placed an order and they tell us to drive forward so they can bring it out to us. No one else in line mind you. Then as we pull up to wait over 10 minutes I decide to reverse back to the drive thru window and this guy is standing there talking with my bag in his hand. When he hands it to me the food is barely warm! Not a good look since this isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s ongoing and now I have to say something. I’m looking for a new breakfast place that doesn’t give bad service.

Kiosk took our order and charged credit card. Went to pick up food and was told by the cashier that order did not go through. We had to order directly from the cashier. Placed it again and then checked our bank statement while at the restaurant and saw we were charged twice. Manager came out and said he would refund the money. Took our credit card, but it would not refund because it was pending at our bank. He told us to call back once it cleared and he would refund the money or Venmo us the money. Called today and took a screenshot of the bank statement of both orders from Wendy’s. Manager said he couldn’t find it on his end so he will not refund the money.
