Great Deals and Good Food

I haven’t been to Chili’s in forever, but I think I will frequent more since the deals are amazing. While there aren’t many options for dairy free pescatarians, they did accommodate for my food sensitivities. Originally I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta not knowing it was a cream-based sauce, and my server swapped out for shrimp fajitas with no cheese once we realized that wouldn’t work.
My friend got the tenders and fries with street corn and the honey bbq sauce was delicious.

We usually get Chili's door dashed. Burgers are really good!! My new go-to. Baby back ribs are sooooooooo good!!!! I didn't like the new garlic butter mushrooms. I make garlic and onion mushrooms at home a lot, so theirs tasted like chemicals to me. I couldn't eat them. Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend Chili's!

Moved to the area four years ago, have avoided them due to prior experience at other locations and the fact it’s hard to find good food around here. We finally ordered here tonight for take out. Everything was absolutely delicious. The food was perfectly seasoned from the fries to the burgers to the cup of chili. It was refreshing and relieving to have such flavorful food around the area. Absolutely will order again in the future.

We had the best service. All of the waitresses were so nice! The food was excellent and my husband loved the Presidente Margarita! It’s been so long since we’ve been to Chili’s and it didn’t disappoint!

My husband's favorite is the Smashburger and french fries 🍟
Mine is the breaded chicken sandwich and fries that are sooo yummy. Their crispy chips and salsa we can't wait until the next time!🐔

I used to eat here occasionally but will not anymore. My wife and I stopped to eat tonight. We sat at the bar as usual. Fifteen minutes go by, there are 5-6 people sweeping and cleaning in the dining area even though they close at 10:00 pm and we sat down at 8pm. The bartender was talking for 15 minutes to a couple seated at a table that obviously were friends. I finally got the attention of a girl bussing tables and said “ is someone working the bar, we have been sitting here for 15 minutes and the bartender has been talking to that table for 15 minutes”. She said, “sir we need to be nice to our customers”. There is a difference between a conversation with customers and with friends. Especially when they are busy. Me and my wife drank our drinks while the barmaid was taking the order of a table that came in 10 minutes after we sat down. She came to us afterwards and I told her we were leaving as we should have been waited on before the people who arrived after us. The manager came over; I responded that the barmaid ignored us for 15 minutes and waited on a table that arrived 10 minutes after we did. He responded with the same line that they need to be nice and talk to customers???? Who owns this restaurant?

The kitchen burn my wife's hamburger bun, when we asked for a new bun, we waited 10 mins, only to have to remind the manager that we were waiting on the bun. By the time they brought out the bun fries and patty were cold. They remade the burger and comped the burger from the bill. The issue i have is this process took 20mins after my food was delivered so, I either eat alone or wait and eat mine cold. The burning of the bun wasn't the issue, its more about no one caring enough to make sure the issue was quickly resolving.
