Chipotle is great and all but there's a lack of consistency with pricing and portion sizes. Why is there a $4-5 fluctuation?

gave me someone else’s order in my bag. Forgot my drink cup and scowled me at the cash register. Went there a previous time and asked for no cilantro in my white rice the lady straight up said no we are too busy.

Something at the Mills location has seriously improved in the last month. We used to have awful experiences with missing items and wrong orders every single time—especially with veggie bowls coming with no veggies or lettuce. We love Chipotle and kept trying, but eventually gave up.
A few weeks ago we gave it another chance, and the food was perfect. Everything was correct and ready on time. We tried again… perfect again. Third time tonight—still perfect.
Whatever changed, please keep it up! And please keep those veggies in stock for us vegetarians!

Trash overflowing out of chicken and chips at 830 filthy restaurant. Should have left right away but decided to try the steak which was chewy and disgusting. Do better

Employee Danny made my food and was super cool with conversation. Not sure how long he’s been there but that dude seems to not hate his job like most people these days. He was polite and had good manners.

I experienced poor service due to multiple people working and one person running the line up front. The person working the line was doing what they could but other workers were not helping. The others were counting tips and waiting by the time clock. The line was extremely long and people looked annoyed by wait time. Poorly managed I felt bad for the people doing there job.

This chipotle was very much not taken care of and following the correct protocol. I want at 8:50 to get food and they close at 10. All the chairs were up and they were out of a lot of ingredients. I paid so much for my food even though I didn’t get everything because they were out of stuff. I will not be going back and recommend to other to make the drive to Moe’s because it’s so worth it. They was food everywhere it was so dirty and I couldn’t even get a receipt! It’s extremely overpriced for the quality I got Burt steak that was 13 dollars!!!! Please don’t waste your time here it needs new management.

the past 4 times I have ordered they have forgotten my chips and the past 3 times food has been Cold as ice and incorrect.
so I would try ordering it in person so you can check and make sure it's right or try literally any other Mexican food place .
