the past 4 times I have ordered they have forgotten my chips and the past 3 times food has been Cold as ice and incorrect.

Gross. Trash everywhere. Out of cheese and salsa. Used gloves to scoop ingredients into taco so it was all wet and soggy. Totally grossed out.

I feel so bad for the girl running this place. (Thank you for always accommodating my dairy allergy.) I thought I came in on a bad day last time. This place has been filthy both times. The gentleman who wrung me up didn’t give me my drink even after confirming my order. I said I ordered a drink. He handed it very aggressively into my face. He then asked, “Is that everything?” passive aggressively. I also overheard him ignore said girl multiple times. He must be new but he sucks.

I would avoid the Pittsburgh Mills location if possible. It is poorly run, dine in/carryout service is really slow, and the dining area is disgusting (food all over tables, overflowing garbage cans, trash on the floor, etc). They do a good job with the mobile drive thru orders though, which is what I usually do to avoid the inside area. The only reason I continue to come back here is because the location is convenient. Definitely go to the Murrysville location if possible

I love chipotle but my experience today was unpleasant. They were out of cheese so I asked them to give me some queso since they were out of regular cheese. I then realized they were charging me for the quaso I asked if they needed to charge me since they were out of regular cheese? The girl working in the drive through that was on her phone turned around and yelled just because we were out of cheese doesn't mean you get quaso for free! I thought WOW that's some great customer service. I won't be back to this location. There were 4 people in front of me and it took 25 min to get my food. The girl that was waiting in front of me must have been running late because as soon as she paid she ran out the door to her car and sped off. There were more workers standing around doing nothing or on their phone. The food area and kitchen area were dirty and the dining room area had a lot to be desired. I wish I would have thought to take some pictures!
