Place is filthy. Couldn’t even sit on a clean chair. Workers swearing. Husband was refused a steak bowl and was told it’s for online customers only. It’s absolutely disgusting in there.

I stopped at this location on my way home from work and was surprised that much of the food bins were nearly empty. Assuming that more food was being prepared, I decided to still order. I was ordering 3 burritos. All 3 burritos were the same. There was no brown rice, fajita vegetables, queso or chicken in the bins. Asking if there would be more coming out, the employee said he didn’t know. There was no one in the kitchen preparing anything at the time. The only staff visible besides the employee helping me, was the employee at the register. Deciding to try the new brisket, I asked for that protein for all 3 orders. There was barely enough meat for all three, even with him only scooping half a spoonful on each burrito. When I asked if I could substitute another protein to make up for the lack of meat, he had given me I was told no, not without paying additional for it. The further I moved down in the line, ingredients continued to be empty. I inquired again about if anything was being made I was told no. By the end of my order, the burritos were half the size that a normal chipotle burrito usually is. When I got to the register I asked the employee if there was anyway I could get a little bit of a discount since there were so many ingredients that were empty. I was again told no. I intended to pay with an e-gift card, but the employee told me that she did not know how to do an e-gift card. When I asked her if there was someone else who did know how to enter it, I was ignored and told to provide another means of payment. The entire experience was dreadful. Absolutely no professionalism or common courtesy was used by any staff. The restaurant itself was in disarray and it was quite obvious that no one was in charge, as food prep and inventory was disorganized and poorly planned. Things a new location, but it’s been open long enough that processes and protocols should be understood at this point. There was an obvious lack of training and lack of care about their final product. I will no be back to this location anytime in the near future.

6pm. Two people working. Waited in line 20 minutes to find out they ran out of cheese. My son's favorite restaurant otherwise I would probably never go back to this location

This location locked the front door so they wouldn't have customers come in at 4pm on a Saturday. They claimed they were understaffed. They overcharged me for my meal, claimed they voided it and recharged me. They said the voided charge would come off when they reconciled their receipts at the end of the evening. It didn't come off. I called the store numberous times and get voicemail. No one returns my call. Customer service is useless. They said I should go back to the store. I was only passing through the area. I live an hour away. Very disappointed in Chipotle. Won't be going back and definitely will spread the word.

A long day at work just to see there is a long line. I decide to wait. I ended up standing in this line for 28 minutes. There was one worker taking orders which I can understand the wait time. I finally get to the front to order for the worker to tell me there is no rice. I was disappointed but I continued to order. She then announced she didn't have chicken. Chicken is what I wanted. A customer behind me mentioned to the worker that another male worker took the pan of chicken from our order station and put it over in a different station. We were told we couldn't have that chicken because it was for take out. After it was taken from the station we were ordering from. I asked the worker how
long for rice and chicken she said 40 minutes. I don't understand how you
Run out the main ingredients like rice and chicken. No
Chicken was being grilled and I seen a guy filling up a pot a few minutes before I left
with water. Which I can assume that was for the rice. I say this because my only thought was why did it so long to start cooking rice? No chicken was on the grill but they were in high demand for it.
I decided to settle for steak. Just to find out they were out of that as well. I decided not to order. This restaurant just opened up and this is my second bad experience within two weeks. Last time
I visited they didn't have chicken and chips. I also would like to mention this place wasn't the cleanest and the presentation in the kitchen didn't look too sanitary. I only saw three workers in the
restaurant. This establishment has to do better. Owners if you care about your business they appear to be in need of help.

Filthy, poor service, terribly slow, no ice for drinks. Need i say more. I wanted to try the new brisket, however I was so disgusted by just what I seen ruined my appetite. The stench in there was overwhelming and couldn't believe people were actually waiting in it. I refuse to eat anything from there. Sincerely.

paid for 2 queso’s and didn’t receive either, also ordered sour cream and cheese on both the bowl and the quesadilla, also poorly packed the quesadilla, and also gave me a steak quesadilla whenever i ordered chicken. also forgot to give me a fork.

Clearly understaffed, only 3 employees on a Friday evening, but inexcusable to run out of many of the basics (e.g. no white rice, no brown rice, no steak) before 7pm on a Friday night. It wasn't due to excessive sales, the line was SLOW. Whoever is running this place needs a wakeup call.

This place is horribly mismanaged, even by fast food standards. The staff do their best, but they are severely understaffed. The tables are filthy. Garbage cans are overflowing. Napkin and drink dispensers are empty. The agua fresca dispenser has a constant leak.

I was here on opening day and the wait was so absurd that I had to call Chipotle corporate and get my order refunded. Now less than a year later and I am shocked by how run down it already is. The 20 year old Long John Silver's across the river is in better condition. This place makes McDonald's feel like fine dining. The ownership and management should be ashamed of themselves. I liked the idea of having a Chipotle so close to me, but I'm sad to say that this one deserves to fail.

I agree with every bad review that I have read here. This location was dirty, the food was understocked and looked disgusting, none of the employees made an effort to acknowledge the presence of us or any of the 6 people in line behind us. We didn’t stay to eat I can’t believe that even after months of customers complaining about the same things over and over that management clearly doesn’t care to fix the problems. We will never return to this location.

I ordered my food thru the chipotle app and it said it works be done by 830pm. I arrived about 840pm and it wasn’t even started yet. There were NO customers inside and only 1 at the drive thru. 2 girls were just standing around while the guy at the drive thru was doing everything. I asked when it was going to be done and the made an order before mine along with my daughters order, that she just placed at the restaurant, then started to make mine. I ordered extra cheese and they ran out of cheese before they could make my order. The manager stated no one was available to shred the cheese; however the 2 girls being the counter went into the office to eat cupcakes instead of doing there jobs. I was highly upset, first that my order was made AFTER my daughters order, even tho mine was placed on the app 30 min prior, and the fact that I received NO cheese at all after I paid for extra cheese!!! The 2 girls then came into the dining room to eat their cupcakes and when my daughter and I was walking out the door they they plastic rings, fin the cupcakes at us! The most unprofessional and laziest employees I have ever seen. I tried calling today and it went straight to VM. I am very pissed!!!!
