Terrible quality. Our burrito bowls were 90% rice and the minimal meat that was on there was completely burnt. Our child’s bowl was messy with big chunks of meat. The restaurant was also filthy. So disappointing!

After visiting another Chipotle in the area that was out of fajita veggies, I called this one to make sure they had them. I was told yes. When I arrived, there were no veggies. Needless to say, it will be a long time before I visit a Chipotle again.

This is the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been to. Check that, this is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. All the tables and prep area look like if a chicken was eating on top of them.

I was surprised by how messy and dirty ALL the tables and floor was. Ice was all over pop dispenser. Puddle of water in front of dispenser. Not a clean table in the joint. Cashier didn't take gloves off after ringing up customer and then preparing next persons meal. Just an awful experience. Won't ever stop or order from the Tarentum Pittsburgh mills restaurant again.

Absolutely filthy. Wasn't busy at all. Manager and employees were more concerned with Taylor Swift and football than cleaning anything up. All tables and floors were filthy. Trash was overflowing onto floor.

I went to this location for the first time and will never go back. It wasn't busy at all. Only one person serving the food and doing the register. The prep area was a mess! Food all over the counters. Food was cold and just tasted like salt. The chips were awful, way too salty, could not eat them. The employees were miserable. I never before had a problem with Chipotle at any other locations. Just poor. Waste of money.

I walked into the restaurant and was the only customer and was not acknowledged for several minutes. When I was addressed there was no friendly “hello” or “welcome”. I explained I had 2 orders so and they asked me for toppings on both and I felt rushed (I was the only person in the store at the time). As I gave the details and the employee rushed through my orders she messed up and then made me stand around as she offered it to other employees and didn’t even acknowledge she messed up. They put almost no meat on my order and when I asked for more they charged me extra. I reached out to corporate to file a complaint and I was told “The staff is only allowed to provide customer with 4oz portions, once the guest ask for more, it is considered extra.” They are acting like they saw the meat put on my order. It wasn’t even 2oz. Absolutely nothing done to make things right with the customer. My family won’t be eating chipotle again and if you want things to change you shouldn’t either.

Terrible service with staff not wanting to be there. Out of Queso, sour cream, and veggies. For got the pico to my order after telling the woman 2 seconds prior. Place just opened and it sucks.

Put in a mobile order in the parking lot and pulled up to the drive through a few minutes early to grab it. Lady working the drive through seemed super bothered by it and even had to comment “oh you’re early” with a weird attitude.I don’t really get it since it takes like a minute to make and I had no problem waiting.
