I ordered the shakin brown espresso drink. It WAS on of my favorites, but nobody there has made it good. The last time I got it it just tasted like milk. I could taste not coffee. This time when I went I asked for an additional 2 extra shots of espresso, sadly it was still whiter than ever and still can only taste the milk. Please learn how to make coffee and not milk with a shot of coffee.

This location is horrible. Employees do not know what they are doing. Drinks made wrong repeatedly. Even the remakes are bad. They get attitude. The morning manager is the absolute worst. It would benifit the employees of this location to go train at harmar for a bit. That store knows what’s it’s doing.

I’ve had good experiences every other time I’ve been here but today my drink was just clearly made incorrectly. I myself, am a barista so it’s a little easier to tell. I kindly went back in and asked for it be remade, apologetically because I know that can be annoying in the mornings. Only to have it be remade incorrectly again and an eye roll at the counter.
