The steak salad was cold and the meat was a bunch of fat. Very disappointing. The waitress did a good job. My family was very disappointed and left immediately.

Every time I go to or order take out from the Tarentum, Pa location, they over cook my steak. I’m not talking about I got a medium well steak and I ordered medium… we’re talking WELL DONE when I ordered medium. EVERY TIME! We just ordered 2 steak salads, both steaks medium and, again, the steaks were over cooked! I used to love longhorn, but this location has ruined dining out at steakhouses forever for me.

Phenomenal food and our waiter was wonderful!

I’ve been going here for years. The service and the food is always good. However the last time we were there they sat us in the bar area and it was freezing cold.We waited over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged then they took our drink order and we waited for over 20 minutes. Lithe whole time it was freezing as we were under a vent. I asked for our table to be moved and the manager was so nasty. She said there’s nothing I can do for you. I said then we will be leaving. And then of course she found a table to sit us at. When I complained to the corporate office they said they were sorry that it was so cold.They never even asked who the manager was or seem concerned at all about what happened. So that will be the last time I’ll be going there. My money spends anywhere! Smokey bones here I come!!!

My son has been taking me
for my Bday, or Mothers Day..( not exactly those dates) BY far THE BEST BabyBacks around. NEVER an issue & if there was...it was handled professionally. Great atmosphere - excellent service.
U can take Ur time & enjoy.
And lastly...every penny spent there is worth it.

For a chain restuarant this place is consistently good.

I understand you're extremely busy. However, 3 hour wait. Still no food. RUNNING out of utensils, was a bad sign. Not, how I planned to spend my Mother's Day dinner.

So I didn't understand how my kids' fries were nice, fresh, and hot. And mine were cold and undercooked. The blinds have so much dust and random stuff splashed on them it's very unappealing. Haven't been here in a while, now I know why. Won't be back either. The mom and pops can have my money. I feel bad for our server, she did very well. The back of the house let her down.
