There was three of us. The three amigos. Friends. Chicken parm. Chicken Alfredo. Steak gargonzola. Awesome food, better waitress. Melissa is a southern girl with the mannerisms of the south. Pleasant and efficient. Joy to have as a helper. Thank you!

I thought I left my coat at the restaurant, I called to see if they had it before they found it, I didn't leave a number thinking I lost it somewhere else. Once they did find it, the manager called everyone who had called that day to try to find me and tell me they found it. I thought this was a heartfelt gesture from the manager that I greatly appreciated.

Went to this Olive garden yesterday with my wife after food shopping. I didn't like this location before this experience for the simple fact that everytime (for years) we'd go there the whole restaurant would smell like the dishroom/sewage smell. Surprisingly that wasn't the case this time. My wife and I went for soup, salad, and bread sticks. We for the first ones seated at the booths next to the bar. Bartender took our order and said "ah you're taking it easy on me". Got out drinks (sprite/coke) and that was it. The two groups sitting on either side of us were seated after us and even got their appetizers while the Bartender was nowhere to be seen. We are now approaching 25 minutes after ordering with no bread sticks no soup and no salad. Not even so much as a "it'll be right out" from one of the 6 clueless kids sitting at the podium who just cost the restaurant $$$$. Seriously is that's how your establishment represents itself with lazy kids running the front end then that speaks volumes of the store manager. We walked out of this place at 1140 on a Sunday. I didn't say anything because honestly I didn't want to deal with "we'll comp this or give you a free" doesnt matter when the service isn't existent. The cherry on top was when my wife DID say something as we were leaving the hostess (one of the 5/6 standing there) gave my wife a stare like it was my wifes fault. This is exactly why I don't care about the service industry. I can make 100x better food personally and managers (not covid) have destroyed the industry. Is it even legal to leave the bar unattended for almost a half hour in pennsylvania? I expect zero recourse from this just a warning to others

Be sure and ask for Philip as your waiter. We went there for my husband's birthday and he was the best. It made for a great birthday lunch.

Olive garden always has great food. We didnt have to wait long and just a short wait for our food. The wedding soup was the best I've ever had. The lasagna was good, I didn't like the onions. The black tie mousse cake was delicious. The tea was very sweet, but good. Our watriess was friendly and helpful.

I place an order of 2 tour of Italy and 1 chicken scampi on Monday to go. I must say it was terrible. The "tour" was dry and burnt on the edges. The scampi peppers, onions and the chicken was burnt. I got to go, because we do not have an olive Garden near where we live. By the time I got home to eat, I was sicken by the look of the food let alone the taste of burned food. Really really very disappointed for the money I spent.
Most of the time you have a great experience, sometimes it gets very loud. The food is always served hot and fresh. Decent wine selection, and the cocktails are always good.
