Absolutely horrendous experience at this Panera Bread location. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken sandwich and a croissant, and both were a total disaster. The croissant was cold, stale, and disgustingly old—it even had spider webs on it! That’s right, spider webs. How does something like that even make it to a customer's plate?
The sandwich was just as bad: cold, flavorless, and looked like it had been sitting out all day. To top it off, they included the saddest excuse for a side I've ever seen—an apple that was so tiny, unripe, and tasteless, it felt like a slap in the face. Where did they even dig up that apple? It was an insult to anyone paying good money for a meal.
This place clearly has zero standards for quality or customer care. I’m beyond disappointed and definitely won’t be wasting my money here again.

Never choose it ,their stuff's are so bad in behavior and about the orders, oh.... The sandwich that I ordered hot was too cold and same for croissant.they didn't even listen to m. Never ever come to this dirty place it would be a horrible exnerience. Even my croissants was with hair on it but they didn’t listen to me. One star is even more for this place snd the stuff that made my order. If you exactly see the picture see the chocolate is hanging in the bottom of the croissant with the hair.

Great location! Very accessible and clean. I ordering catering for my company meeting. Everything was ready on time and I can't say enough wonderful things about Kim. She was so friendly, accommodating and even helped me to my car. It was my 1st time ordering here and because of Kim, I will be back. Excellent job. She's a true asset! The team was very happy with the breakfast!

Every time I go here they are out of something.. how dont you have cheese for sandwiches.. last time it was the cheese for a turkey bravo, the next time it was the bread! How are you called panara BREAD with no bread!?!? Today They're out of american cheese for a grilled cheese.. Even the person in front of me got told they were out of cucumbers, like get your inventory together!!

I got the pick 2, it was a steak chibata & French onion soup. The French onion soup was the worst I've ever had! It literally had like 4 small croutons & 4 pieces of shredded cheese! The only reason I didn't give it a 1 was at least the sandwich was decent.

Got an order of mac and cheese. When we got it, it was barely warm. When I asked the staff about how it was prepared, I was told it was just microwaved.. Definitely served food that was not food-safe!!

They didn't today my sandwich after I made a special instruction using the kiosk. Some soft drinks are behind the counter now, removing refills. Very little Mac and cheese in a bread bowl, mostly empty. Meh.
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, but I still want to go meatless very often ?, and Panera has a great selection of items anyone could love, especially desserts!

Me and few co workers got Panera Bread... We placed an order on the app and door dash picked it up. The lady doped the order off and the bag was ripped and soup was leaking all over the place. the soup was very cold and the chicken noodle only had 5 noodles and no meat. Called Panera to get a refund and they said they could only refund for the soup and grill cheese. it was a big order and should get more then just that back. The company is going to call door dash to get the full amount for the order then only give us less then $13 when the entire experience was trash and everything was gross.
