Just found out your bagels changed. If I want a frozen bagel I'll go to the grocery store.

Don’t get to try food here yet but this new location and new coffee machine is pretty impressive. Hot coffee and freshly brewed! Excellent move Panera!
I am not happy with the new Panera at the Pittsburgh Mills, my husband and I stopped in today after church, they did not have a plain bagel or croissant for the breakfast sandwich. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and it was burnt. My husband requested bacon on his breakfast sandwich and he got a sausage patty. I have tried this place 3 times, and I'm sure after today we will not be back. The drive to the Oakmont Panera is where we will be going next week.
Sorry for the bad review, but you need to do better

Got my order all messed up and gave me the wrong sandwich there lemonades are great
Food would be great if any location would put what we order on the sandwhich. Not even one right order ever yet. Even when not busy at all.

Always can find a quiet place to sit relax and work on your computer. Meetings with friends/work. From bagels and cream cheeses, with coffee and who can pass up the sweet treats!!
Lunch is the best. Sandwiches and soups, salads.
Dinner time is good also but they tend to run out of their soups quickly.

Outstanding Service at Panera Bread – Pittsburgh Mills
I want to give a big shout-out to the Panera Bread at Pittsburgh Mills and especially to Kaitlyn, who helped my wife at the drive-thru today. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely pleasant — the type of customer service you rarely see these days. It completely brightened my wife’s day, and in turn, mine.
Kaitlyn, keep up the amazing work — you truly make a difference! Panera, you’ve got a gem on your team.

I haven't been in a while due to my situation, now the Bagles (the first reason to stop) are terrible. Cheap bread in bagel shape. Definitely not worth the effort or money.
Don't need to bother. The other food skimpy and bland.
Forgot salad dressing and ruined my afternoon bc I had none and now have to eat a salad with no dressing … pretty annoying
I miss the old location
This one is loud and almost too bright. Not as study/quiet/cozy as the old location in the dilapidated mall
