Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I was here on Friday night and honestly wasn't expecting much. But I was suprised. The food was good. But the service was better, The waitress we had was her first floor night alone, most people would've cracked under the pressure but she kept her cool and really tried to help us. Her name was Jess I think I hope she stays there a while because I will be back.

Got the fish and chips . Very high priced and considerably small portions. They definitely have a new fish type or just cooked this one horribly. It was dried out and so salty I could not eat it. When they took my plate with my food still on it maybe they could have asked what was wrong with it. Oh well! Also slow service for a small crowd. Go there a lot but it’s time to give up on them going downhill there are so many better options and better food elsewhere . All you can eat sides only go so far!!!

Service was drab yet polite to basic needs Food was good as one could expect . Store had a spill as we got in and it remained throughout our dinning experience which is highly neglectful and quite a safety hazard to patrons and personnel alike .

Our server, Kadence was the best!! She was on top of everything and made sure we had everything on time and managed some good conversations in between, and listened to us and what we wanted despite it being a little busy. It definitely wants to make me come back.

Kadence was the best server I've had in a while!! She was so personable and made the experience memorable. Her recommendation ended up being my favorite thing and the reason I come back (and to have her back as my server hopefully🤞🏻)

Our server, Kadence, was incredibly talkative and attentive. We had many great conversations and she was on TOP of the drink refills. The food was great! By far the experience was made even better with Kadence.

Happy hour is the best. $10 burgers in Tuesday's as well. Be sure to ask for blue cheese on your burger. Makes it all that more scrumptious.

Ate here today. Andy was on point and did an excellent job. The food was good but the dessert didnt come with the strawberry sauce like it said but was still ok. I ordered one of the specialty pizzas with a gooey brownie a la mode . The person with me ordered nachos and a lemon cake. She liked the nachos but her cake was frozen and couldn't cut it. We each got a soft drink and paid seperate. Our bills were both $27each before tip

I would love to give a shout out to Red Robin for their exceptional service today. I especially want to give a shout out to our server, Jazzy. She was Great! Here's the context... There was a group of 40 of us that came in to celebrate the wrapping up of our Church's vacation Bible School. The restaurant found out maybe a half hour before we got there that our group was coming. Jazzy who ,come to find out, covered for a co-worker's shift today, came in with the enthusiasm and hospitality that is commendable and above and beyond anything that she could have imagined on a random Thursday in July. The manager was great and came out and checked on us. He was very conversational and friendly with us the whole time. He made us feel very welcomed. The kitchen staff got crushed but kept up and got our food out in a very timely manner. It is the type of service and attention that one hopes for but more and more expects less and less of. The front of the house and back the house both did an incredible job today. Thank you so much for taking care of us today.

Although it wasn't extremely busy, we were literally treated like VIP's ! Our waitress, Jaz, was one of the best I've had anywhere ! She was so attentive , especially toward my 3 yr old grandson. !
