Went for lunch and Madison took great care of me; she's a wonderful server! My burger was delicious and the fries were piping hot and crispy, just how I like 'em.

Our Server Nevaeh was awesome, very personable. She was the only server on the floor around 7:30-8pm & she did great. If you go , ask for her by Name 😀

My two friends and I visited Red Robin last Thursday afternoon. We were warmly welcomed as we entered the place. Andrew (our server) was outstanding, very attentive and accommodating. Food presentation and flavor exceeded my expectations. We will definitely go back again!

I was very disappointed at my birthday dinner that we had ordered. Wife phoned in the order and was told that it would be ready by 6:42. Sent my daughter to pick up order and it wasn’t ready until 6:55. We’ve ordered here before with no issues but this time it’s different. Opened up my dinner box and noticed that the fish fillets were a lot smaller ( should’ve taken a picture) and fillets were not moist and flakey like the previous visit and the steak fry’s were just Luke warm almost cold. Very disappointed in Red Robin, I know corporate greed is spreading and we pay for it. But smaller portions and not properly prepared plus on top of that the price has increased. Then opened up the little condiment container and now that’s your coleslaw container and that wasn’t edible way too much vinegar and was lousy. Add hurt to injury I gave a $5 tip even though I picked it up, not knowing how much I was going to regret it.

If you havent been here, try them out... if you value great Servicing, great food, wonderful atmosphere, great waitresses, then this is the place to be.. Had a wonderful visit. They were understaffed due to life happening but they didn't miss a beat on providing great, swift service and delicious food. Dined in... minimal wait time, waitress was respectful, kind, my table was indecisive when it came to ordering the waitress respectfully checked in, wasn't pushy, refilled empty glasses, made great suggestions for food, answered all questions... made us feel like family, and treated the other tables with the same energy, and handled it with grace. We were given the option of a booth or a table too. We didn't have to ask for a thing, it was as if the waitress read our minds.

Kid-friendliness: Childrens menu has a great selection of There's tablets assigned to every table and has games availbe to keep the children occupied... there's a choice of a booth and a table, isles are wide enough to accommodate strollers (if needed)

Decent burgers, decent drinks, service was a little slow and the bartender seemed to need some help but it's a chain burger joint. Can't complain much.

Our server and host were both great. The restaurant was pretty full but service was reasonably fast. I ordered the blacked salmon and it was very good as was the garlic broccoli. My husband got the Monster Burger and he really liked it!

Not great. We got there and we're seated by a busy manager who didn't have time for anything. The manager walked us through a puddle a water, food debris, and a crayon, stating watch your step. I informed the water that the restrooms needed service and had a strang odor, similar to natural gas (gave me a headache it was so strong). He didn't seem to care. He was attentive and came over multiple times to check on us, but when he brought our food, it wasn't hot as expected (especially since the restaurant was nearly empty). The fries were burnt, cold, and tasted old. I was charged 2 dollars for subbing jalapeno medallions that have gluten on them for grilled jalapenos, then I didn't get grilled jalapenos, I received freshly ones. I've never been charged for this substitution before, and I have an allergy. My lettuce wrap, was not a lettuce wrap. We could have each counted the scarce number of Luke warm fries that was served with our burgers. The refill fries was a full order, fresh, and hot.

Service is always great! Go here about once a month for burger and fries. Very good experience each and every time
